She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health
Bella is open about her struggles with her mental health. “To have to wake up every morning with this brain—it’s not cute,” she said to Vogue. “So now everything that I do in my personal life is literally to make sure that my mental state stays above water. Fashion can make you or break you. And if it makes you, you have to make a conscious effort every day for it not to break you. There’s always a bit of grief in love.”
She Works With A Trainer
Bella does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her secrets with Vogue Paris, as reported by Women’s Health Australia. “When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” Bella said. “I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun.”
She’s Consistent
Bella makes sure to workout on a consistent basis. “I really do like it,” she said to E! News. “I wouldn’t say I get out of bed in the morning and I’m ‘I’m going to work out’, but when I get to the gym… rock and roll. I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. It’s crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed.”
She Eats A Lot Of Protein
Bella shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she eats a lot of protein each day. “For lunch, I’ll usually have salmon or chicken and veggies. If not, then pasta. I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try and fill myself up on things that will make me feel good.”
She Stays Hydrated
Bella makes sure to stay hydrated each day. She shared some of her favorite healthy drinks with Harper’s Bazaar. “I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set. I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I’ll drink one if I’m feeling low. I am also a big coffee drinker, I’ll have three espressos before noon.”
