Bella Poarch is posing with a pooch in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer and singer shows off her amazing figure and post-workout glow while in her car. How does the star, 27, approach diet, exercise, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits – including the wellness items she can’t live without.

1. Green Tea

Bella is a tea drinker. “Matcha makes me anxious when I have too much of it,” she told Self. Her favorite? Dammann Fréres. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

2. Stress Ball

A stress ball is one of Bella’s “essentials,” she told Self. “It's so squishy, it's like marshmallow. I feel like if you guys wanna touch it, let me know. I've had it for a few months now. I used to have a fidget thing where you press buttons. I don't really like to show people I'm stressed out. I don't wanna bring bad energy to people's day, so when I'm stressed out I just really sit at home, listen to some Metallica and workout and use the stress ball.”

3. Writing in Notebooks

Another item she can’t live without is her mini notebook. “I use it for anything. I love doodling. Whenever I am anxious I tend to draw. Taking the little notebook with me that can fit in my bag anywhere is perfect, especially on things like airports and airplanes. I feel really anxious on the plane. I have little notebooks that are tinier than this and I take 'em everywhere,” she told Self. “I feel like it's important, especially for mental health. If you don't really talk to people like me,, you tend to bottle your feelings when I feel like having a journal or a notebook and just writing your feelings out helps. It helps a lot.”

4. Garlic

When it comes to food, Bella has some favorites. “I love garlic. I can literally eat garlic. Especially when I go to Korean barbecue. I also love garlic fried rice, which is like huge in the Philippines. And breakfast, first thing in the morning you eat garlic, fried rice that just like makes your breath smells like garlic.”

5. Crystals

BElla.PorchBella Porch/Instagram

Bella also loves a specific crystal. “I'm not really a huge crystal person, but my cousin Breman gave me this. I just take it with me everywhere. Now I feel like it just makes me feel safe for some reason. I don't know, I always have it in my bag and every time I meet up with him, he's always like, do you have the crystal? And I'm like, yeah, you know, having a pet rock that you just take everywhere when you're like a little kid. That's this for me. That's my pet rock.”

Bella Thorne Shows Off Toned Tummy in Swimsuit "Bday Look"

Here is everything we know about her diet and exercise routine.

Bella Thorne is staying warm this winter – by heating things up in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit outfit. “Throwing it back to this bday look as I’m in the snow covered in jackets,” she captioned the Instagram photos. “Beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “You look stunningly gorgeous and sexy as always, Bella,” added another. How does the young star stay fit? Here is everything we know about her diet and exercise routine.

1. Her Brother Trains Her

Bella’s trainer is a family member. “I wouldn't say I'm in my best shape at the moment. My brother is my trainer,” she told Allure. She added to Hollywood Life that she and her family exercises together, calling fitness “a family affair.”

2. She Does Circuit Training and Weight Lifting

Bella’s workout is based on strength and weight training. “[My brother] has got me doing circuit training and weightlifting—I never do cardio. A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does...but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat,” she told Allure.

3. She Does Yoga to Help Her Sleep

Young,Attractive,Smiling,Woman,Practicing,Yoga,,Sitting,In,One,LeggedShutterstock

Bella maintains that yoga is helpful in “helping her fall asleep easier at night,” while also helping her feel like she “can do more in the day.” Harvard Health explains that yoga is a great workout, according to science. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

4. She Eats Clean

Bella fills her plate with veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. “Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein,” are things you will find in her kitchen, she told Hollywood Life. She added to Wired that she also incorporates plant-based foods into her diet. “I'm not, I'm so sorry guys. I really want to be though,” she said when asked if she was a vegan, adding that she eats “a lot of vegan food but man, bacon. Oh, gets me every time.”

5. She Does Reformer Pilates

Bella also does reformer pilates. “Getting back on that #grind #pilates and it feels good,” she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

6. She Stretches Before and After Workouts

“I always stretch before my workout and after, to make the muscles grow longer and slimmer #workouttip #thirstythursday #thankfulthursday,” Bella informed her followers in a post. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

7. She Takes SoulCycle Classes

Bella also enjoys taking SoulCycle classes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Bella energizes in the AM with the help of a few go-to drinks. “I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set. I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I’ll drink one if I’m feeling low,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I’m also a big coffee drinker. I’ll have three espressos before noon.”

2. She Eats a Hearty Breakfast

Bella knows the importance of breakfast. “If I have the morning off, I’ll either make eggs and sausage, and eat breakfast at home, or go to the bagel store below my apartment. ... My go-to is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel,” she told Harper’s.

3. She Eats When Her Body Craves Food

Because Bella has "really low blood sugar" she tries to "eat all the time" to maintain energy. "I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good," she explained to Bazaar.

4. She Fuels Up Before and After Exercise

Bella fuels up prior to exercise. "I count on a smoothie, a juice or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session," she told Vogue France. "After the session I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session."

5. Her Workouts Are Hardcore

Bella is all about long and hard workouts, revealing to E! News that they often last up to two hours long. “I train and I work out hard for two hours — I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming, it’s amazing, but if I’m going to go for it, I’m going to go hard,” she said. "Put in 100% from the start to the end of a workout. There is nothing better than to push yourself to the limit, while making the most of it. Going to the gym for two hours with only 50% motivation is the best way of erasing the feeling of accomplishment and well-being that boosts self-confidence that you get from a workout," she added to Vogue.

6. She Loves The Dogpound

I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I’ll drink one if I’m feeling low,” she revealed to Harper’s Bazaar. “I’m also a big coffee drinker. My go-to is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel,” she told Harper’s. "Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week without increasing their risk of heart disease. Yasmin Brunet is a model and entrepreneur with more than 7 million followers on Instagram. Why so popular? She’s fit and shows you how. “Another day, another workout,” she captioned one recent post, where she can be seen sparring with a coach. How else does the 36-year-old stay so strong? Read on for her wellness habits that you can adopt, too.

1. She Loves Her Pooch

Brunet is seen smooching a pooch in one video. “One notable benefit is that dogs force you to get up and move. One research study found that dog owners are more likely to report regular physical activity than people who don't own dogs. Activities associated with dog ownership, like feeding, grooming, playing and letting them outside, all increase physical activity levels. Physical activity improves blood flow, induces muscle contraction and reduces joint stiffness,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Uses Battle Ropes

“Battle Rope training allows for safe and effective ways to train force production in all three planes of motion, as an integral part of any well-rounded strength and conditioning program,” says NASM. If you are looking for a tool that recruits multiple core musculature in movements, then the Battle Rope is that tool. High to moderate levels of activation have been found in obliques, erector spinae, and gluteus medius (Calatayud, 2015).”

3. She Does Squats With Kettlebells

Beautiful,Blonde,Sports,Girl,In,Sexy,Fancy,Sports,Clothes,SquattingShutterstock

“Kettlebell training is a flexible and useful strategy for improving players' performance in a variety of sports. It adds value to athlete training programs by enhancing strength, power, endurance, explosive power, and postural coordination,” says one study.

4. She Does Crunches

Yasmin BrunetYasmin Brunet/Instagram

Before boxing, Brunet does some light crunches on an stability ball. To get set up, “sit on a properly inflated stability ball (one that compresses approximately 6" under your body weight) with your feet flat on the floor. Slowly lean backwards while walking yourself out along the ball until your shoulders, back and tailbone make contact on the ball. Adjust your leg position to create a 90 degree bend at the knees with your thighs parallel to the floor and positioned hip-width apart, and feet facing forward with your weight distributed evenly through your feet. Your mid-back should be positioned on the top of the ball (at 12 o'clock) and your hips should be positioned at 2 o'clock,” says ACE Fitness.

5. She Boxes

“The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
