I will pay more attention to my negative mental habits. I will work to change those. I will stop judging myself so harshly. I will be happy. I will work to understand what pushes my artist creativity further into the abyss. I will take more time off I will take more time for myself, to enjoy myself, to enjoy the person I am today, I will not just think about tomorrow or the next day or the next 5 years. I will do things that push my limits. I will challenge myself. I will not let my yearning for more do my soul injustice."

3. She Eats Healthy

Thorne makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and she makes sure to eat a variety of foods. She shared some of her wellness secrets in this interview with HollywoodLife. In it, Thorne shared what she is making sure to always include in her fridge. “Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein.”

Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of benefits. “Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity. Researchers studied a small group of sedentary individuals who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing yoga at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness.”

Thorne likes to box, and she said this in her HollywoodLife interview. The Cleveland Clinic reports that boxing has a lot of benefits. “The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

6. She Weight Trains

Thorne also tells HollywoodLife that she likes to strength train. The Mayo Clinic states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls.”

7. She Does TRX

Thorne likes to do TRX workouts to stay in shape. In this Instagram video, she is seen doing exercises with her boyfriend. Thorne captioned the post, “Ben’s been forcing me to get up early, go to the gym and be healthier. This fitness form allows for a full-body workout where resistance can be added or taken away by simply modifying the position of the feet or body.”
