Bianca Gascoigne is heating up the beach in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the British model and mom shows off her amazing body in a beige-toned bathing suit while on vacation in the tropics. "Pretty sure my birthstone is a seashell," the beach lover captioned the Instagram photo with her followers. "Looking fantastic," one of them commented. "Hottie," added another. Bianca is open about her body image issues. "I have body dysmorphia so I am never going to be entirely happy with the way that I look. It is in my nature to find fault with some aspect of my appearance," she told Closer

Self-Care

Bianca has a list of self-care practices that she followers. "Drink your water. Exercise. Go make some money. Do your affirmations. Always be more kinder than necessary. Start a business. Mind your own business. Radiate love. Learn new languages. Speak your feelings. Forgive. Heal. Surround your self with people that love you for you," she captioned an Instagram post advocating self-care and love.

Running

Bianca enjoys running – a great exercise according to the Mayo Clinic. It can help improve cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Snorkeling

Bianca loves to snorkel when she is on vacation. "A Magical Whale Shark Moment 🦈🤍 This is a massive bucket list tick for me I cried with joy swimming with these amazing creatures it I didn't seem real," she captioned a post of herself snorkeling. The fun activity is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Supplements

Bianca is a fan of supplements. "My weight has always yo-yoed and it is a lot harder to stay in shape when you are working all night. My diet can be rubbish and it is difficult to summon up the energy to go to the gym when you have been working all night," she told Closer. She dropped three dress sizes and lost a ton of weight by working out three or four times a week and swapping two meals a day with Forza supplements. "But I am in the best shape of my life and I am as happy as I am ever going to be with my weight and body shape," she said.
