Tania Raymonde is rock climbing in her workout clothes and flashing her abs. In a new social media post the Big Bang Theory is all geared up and ready to climb with fellow actress Kelli Garner. “Everest next,” she captioned the snap. “This was the best day ever,” Garner commented. “That looked so fun!” added Emile Hirsch. How does the star approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Strength Training

A simple weight lifting workout helps keep Tania in shape. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

2. Diving

To get into shape for Deep Blue Sea 3, Tania did a lot of underwater training "I got PADI certified before we flew out, then trained with the Frog Squad in Cape Town," she told The Daily Jaws. "We rehearsed a lot of the diving sequences before we shot, especially the underwater fight scenes, some of which were pretty tricky (clearing a full face mask underwater isn't easy). It was winter in South Africa, so the water was freezing. Some puppets were used, but mostly the 'sharks' on set were tennis balls on sticks."

3. Coffee

Tania loves a cup of Joe. “I’m not a pour-over person. I’m patient, but not when it comes to coffee,” she told DuJour. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

4. Eating Out

Tania enjoys eating out. A few of her favorite spots include Lemonade, “because it’s basically a cafeteria line; you can point at what you want and it’s a quick and easy way to get to those huge pink macaroons,” and a Cuban “gem” in Los Angeles. “The original Versailles on Venice Boulevard is always kind of perfect for dinner every night. It was my Dad’s favorite restaurant, so now it’s mine,” told DuJour.

5. Rock Climbing

Tania also enjoys rock climbing and hiking, as can be evidenced in her recent post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. Rock climbing takes even more balance and also works the arms.

Indian actress Karishma Tanna’s commitment to health and wellness is known throughout the industry—she’s always one step ahead of the fitness curve. Tanna, 40, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a pink tank top, doing a headstand with the help of a trainer. “Go girl,” a fan commented. Tanna has been in the public eye for over two decades—Here’s what her exercise, health, and diet regimen looks like in her 40s.

1. Fitness Freak

Tanna is passionate about fitness, and has been for a very long time. “I’m a total fitness freak,” she told the Times of India. “My workout regime is maintained by my trainer who meticulously plans my workouts. I follow a program, which includes three days of hardcore weight training and three days of cardio exercise. I make sure to chill out on Sundays — it helps me overcome my fatigued muscles.”

2. Fueling Her Workouts

Tanna loves healthy home cooked meals, mostly based on traditional Indian recipes. “I follow a normal diet and prefer to eat home cooked food,” she told the Times of India. “I believe that being on a diet means eating proper food at proper times. I eat gujju khana for lunch, which comprises roti, two types of sabji, dal, brown rice and curd. The body needs energy during workouts so just before I go to the gym, I eat an apple and have some juice.”

3. World Citizen

Tanna loves to travel around the world, especially taking trips to Europe with her husband. “I love the vibe there. It's scenic, I relate to it a lot, and love the cafes there,” she told Zee Zest. “We [she and her husband] did a 25-day trip to Europe and covered destinations such as Saint-Tropez and Puerto Banús.”

4. Alpha Female

Tanna is proud to be a confident, strong woman, something she feels comes from early responsibility for her family. “[Growing up] I felt that I have to take on my family’s and my responsibility,” she told Zee Zest. “I felt that maybe God has given me an opportunity to take care of them. I had automatically become an alpha [growing up].”

5. Quality Time to Unwind

Tanna unwinds with spa sessions and family time, finding it to be the most refreshing and rejuvenating practice both for her physical and mental health. “I love stepping into a spa to unwind,” she told the Times of India. “A reflexology session followed by a complete de-stressing body massage and long steam with some soothing melodious music relaxes me greatly. If I can’t go to a spa, just lazing in my bed watching television or reading a book is also great. Spending quality time with family or going out for long drives rejuvenates me completely.”

Bri Teresi is a successful model and influencer. She is known for her work with Guess. Teresi is also known for her golf content on Instagram. At the end of last month, she shared her 2024 highlights in a reel. Teresi captioned it, “2024 has been an unforgettable year for me. It was full of incredible travels, amazing opportunities, and lots of personal growth. I’m especially grateful for the time I got to spend with my Nonno before he passed.😇 His memory will always be a part of me. As I look ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what’s to come, not just for me, but for the world. The future looks bright! Let’s welcome in the Golden Age!”

She Plays Golf

Golf is the main way that Teresi stays in shape. The Columbia Association states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Here’s just a few ways the game works its magic on your wellbeing: Enhances cardiovascular health. Reduces stress and anxiety. Helps you maintain a healthy weight. Improves cognitive function. Strengthens muscles, especially in your core. Improves sleep (fresh air + outdoors + socialization + exercise= a winning combo).”

She Swims

Teresi loves to swim to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram of herself enjoying time in the water. Teresi shared this set of photos of herself at the beach in Miami after snorkeling. She captioned the post, “Shaken, not stirred 😉 Bond girl in the making 🎞️”

She Does Glute Bridges

Teresi shared some of her favorite workouts in this YouTube video. One thing she is seen doing in it is glute bridges. NASM states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Squats

Teresi shared this workout video on Guess’ YouTube channel. In it, she is seen doing squats. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Lunges

Bri Teresi does a split lunge.

Guess/YouTube

In the previous YouTube video, Teresi is seen doing lunges. ACE Fitness states that lunges have a lot of benefits. “Lunges work the biggest muscles in your lower body — mainly the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and the adductor magnus (the muscle in your inner thigh). Other muscles that come into play are the hamstrings, gluteus medius, calves, and core stabilizers, says Susane Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami.”

Karishma Tanna is poking fun at herself in a new social media post. Tanna, 40, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a blue tank top, bouncing happily into the gym with plenty of energy and a smile on her face. The next part of her video shows the actress lying down on her yoga mat, taking a nap. “When you plan to work out on a Sunday… bad idea I guess,” reads the text over her video. “Relatable???” she captioned the post. Here’s what her diet, wellness, and fitness regimen looks like.

1. Dancing Queen

Tanna loves to dance, but admits it’s not as easy as it used to be. “Dancing has always been my passion, my escape, and my joy,” she captioned a video. “There’s nothing like the feeling of losing myself in the music and moving freely. Unfortunately, my knee pain has made it hard for me to dance like I used to. It’s been tough adjusting, but I’m focusing on healing and staying positive. Couldn’t stop myself from this one. After a long long time I danced my heart out.”

2. Yoga Forever

Tanna includes regular yoga sessions in her health and wellness regimen. “Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known even existed. Yogini Forever 🧘‍♀️,” she captioned an Instagram post showing the actress performing a yoga move at the gym.

3. Serious Artist

Tanna feels underrated in the industry. “Just because I’ve done glamorous roles in the past, and played characters on TV shows where I had to overact, everybody assumed that I can only capable of that,” she told Hindustan Times. “It disappoints me sometimes. But, the reason behind that notion is there are very few directors who have the vision to not typecast you. Not everyone can mold you into character roles and bring out the best in you. I just hope that now (after Scoop), audiences take me more seriously as an actor, and I get more opportunities to prove that I’m capable of doing even better.”

4. Beauty Tips

Tanna says the most important beauty tip she can share is to stay hydrated. "DRINK A LOT OF WATER!” she told Brides Today. “I try to meet my water intake target every day and even today, I often miss it but it is the most underrated way to keep your skin clear and healthy."

5. Excited For the Future

Karishma TannaKarishma Tanna/Instagram

Tanna is excited for what’s next in her career. “It’s the most difficult thing to decide what I’m going to take up next,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “Right now, I’m just enjoying this moment and the success of Scoop. My journey has been good. Yes, it’s had a lot of ups and downs, but I’ve learnt a lot with every project and gained a lot of experience. A lot of people have said that I’ve got a role that I’ve deserved after 18 long years, which makes me feel like good things do indeed take their own time.”

Henson, and also includes a 30-Day Challenge with daily workout regimens, exclusive access to videos and diet and nutrition tips—plus it can be home at home or in the gym.

2. Henson Said It’s OK to Need Help

FOX Winter TCA All Star Party - ArrivalsGregg DeGuire/FilmMagic

Henson keeps mentally fit, also, and allows herself to be vulnerable. “It’s OK to need help. It’s OK to not know what to do next. All of that is OK. It’s OK if you’re tired and you don’t want to do it today. ‘I don’t feel like adulting today. I’m tired,’ you know?” she told Coveteur. “Most times, because we’re too busy trying to be strong, we haven’t even been able to identify when we’re in crises because we’re used to operating like that,” Henson said.

3. Henson Meditates

“The first thing I do when I wake is meditate,” she told The Cut. “I try to set my mind right. I try to tell myself that no matter what, today is going to be a good day, so when those curve balls come, I’m not taken by surprise. I can tell the days I don’t meditate, because I pop off. Things aggravate me.”

4. She Treats Her Tummy Right

BET Awards 2021 - ArrivalsAaron J. Thornton/Getty Images

“I try to do my proteins. When I want a salt taste, I’ll do boiled eggs with my fermented vegetables. When I want a sweet taste, I’ll grab a Special K protein bar or protein shake. I just want to make healthier choices. I had a health scare and I want to live. My health scare came from me not eating right. You think just because you’re small and you work out that everything is coming up roses, until you take a look inside. There are so many things that we eat that are bad for us — hormones in animals — that affect you. Coffee on an empty stomach — who knew it could kill you? I know now,” she told the Cut.

5. This is What Wellness Means to Her

2020 American Music Awards - ShowKevin Mazur/Getty Images

“It means taking care of your mind, body, and soul. You can’t have one without the other. Physical health starts here [points to head]. If you believe you’re sick, you’ll be sick. If you believe ‘I can beat that thing,’ then you’ll heal because your body can heal itself. But you have to be nice to it,” she told the Cut.

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
