Natalia Janoszek has done a lot of things in her career. She’s an actress known for her roles in The Green Fairy and Love Guru. And she’s gotten to compete on reality shows like Dancing With The Stars. Recently, Natalia got to compete in Bigg Boss. She shared a photo of herself in a black bikini on her Instagram, captioning it, “The calm before the storm.” Here are 5 ways Natalia Janoszek keeps herself in shape.

She Has A Balance

When it comes to her wellness routine, Natalia believes in balance. She talked about her routine to Smart Is So Sexy. “I have ups and downs. Sometimes I go to the gym everyday. Sometimes I skip it for a month while eating junk food. I try to listen to my body and keep my balance. I go to the gym, I try to eat healthy but if I feel like pizza or chocolate I go for it ;)”

She’s All About Self-Love

When it comes to fitness, Natalia isn’t focused on losing weight. Instead, she focuses on loving herself and how she looks. “My fitness goal is to like myself when I look at the mirror,” she told Smart Is So Sexy. “I don’t check my weight, I look at the results on my body. My favorite part is my waist.”

She Hikes

Natalia loves hiking as a way to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself on a hike. Natalia shared this photo of herself on the famous Runyon Canyon trail in Los Angeles. She captioned it, “LA by the way.” Natalia also posted this picture of herself hiking by the Golden Gate Bridge. She Snowboards

Another thing that Natalia likes to do to stay in shape is going snowboarding. She shared this video on Instagram of herself boarding in the Alps. According to The Nationwide Children’s Hospital, snowboarding has a lot of health benefits. “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.”

She Dances

Natalia is an avid dancer, and has competed on several dance competition shows. While on Your Face Sounds Familiar, she performed a dance number inspired by Penelope Cruz. Natalia shared these photos and videos on Instagram from the performance.
