Billie Eilish isn’t just a music sensation; she’s a force of nature in the music industry with a couple of Oscars and a handful of Grammys to her name. And guess what? She’s about to drop another album that’s sure to captivate us all. Recently, Billie gave us a sneak peek into her everyday life with a YouTube short where she’s rocking workout gear and snapping selfies. Curious about how she keeps in such great shape? Stick around as we dive into her fitness secrets and check out some snapshots that show they really do the trick!

1. She’s Open

Eilish talked about growing up in the public eye to Rolling Stone. She says that she wants to be open about her romantic life. “My experience as a woman has been that it’s seen in such a weird way. People are so uncomfortable talking about it, and weirded out when women are very comfortable in their sexuality and communicative in it. I think it’s such a frowned-upon thing to talk about, and I think that should change. You asked me what I do to decompress? That shit can really, really save you sometimes, just saying. Can’t recommend it more, to be real.”

2. She’s True To Herself

Eilish tells Rolling Stone that she doesn’t want to let the world dictate who she is. “The whole world suddenly decided who I was, and I didn’t get to say anything or control any of it. Nobody should be pressured into being one thing or the other, and I think that there’s a lot of wanting labels all over the place. Dude, I’ve known people that don’t know their sexuality, or feel comfortable with it, until they’re in their forties, fifties, sixties. It takes a while to find yourself, and I think it’s really unfair, the way that the internet bullies you into talking about who you are and what you are.”

3. She Helps The Environment

Eilish tells Rolling Stone that she is passionate about helping the environment. “I have never had an interest in being a role model, ever,” she says. “If you’re going to think I’m a role model, think I’m a role model in terms of trying to save the environment, and being more conscious of the way that you live, and your carbon footprint, and your contribution to animal agriculture.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Eilish talked about the importance skin-care has to her to Vogue. “I have to do a skin-care routine every single night. For me, I find a lot of peace in it and it brings me back down to myself; I feel like a person when I do it. Taking care of your skin is so, so important just as a person. There is no gender to it.”

5. She’s Prioritizing Fitness

Eilish revealed to Apple Music that fitness is a lot more important in her life. She says that a recent injury made her realize this. “It started with 'I can't get injured anymore, can't do it, not going to let myself live like that.' Because I lived like that for years. I know that's something a lot of people do, but that was not a thing I did. And it's become such an incredibly huge part of my life and it makes me feel so much better as a person and the way that I can move on stage now, I feel so much better."

6. She Avoids Pain

Eilish revealed to Allure that she is avoiding pain in her life. “When you know all of it, then you can have a sense of control about it. And once you know, you can heal from that. Then I’m invincible! But what I’ve learned...is that time goes by, and I’m still scarred. You don’t have to push into pain to get out of pain. I’ve done that, and I don’t want to do it again.”

7. She’s Open To Change

Eilish revealed to Allure that she is a lot more open to changing her life. “When I was 17, I was like, I found it. I found the person I am, forever. This is how I’m going to do it. I found all the ways! These are my boundaries. These are the things that make me happy, and this is my recipe for how I’m going to make music and be happy. Then I grew up a little, and suddenly life was like, ‘These aren’t going to work. You've got to change. You're not that person anymore.’"

Billie Eilish has become one of the world’s biggest stars at a young age. She has won the Oscar for Best Original Song twice. She’s won nine Grammy Awards. Her hits include, “bad guy”, “you should see me in a crown”, and “LUNCH” from her recent album. And yet? She knows how to have fun, too. Eilish shared some photos from a pool party on Instagram recently. She wore a pink swimsuit in one photo. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Billie Eilish stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Swims

As you can see in her Instagram post, Eilish likes to swim to stay in shape. According to Better Health, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

2. She’s Consistent With Skincare

Eilish makes sure to take care of her skin on a regular basis. She talked about this in an interview with Vogue. “I have to do a skin-care routine every single night. For me, I find a lot of peace in it and it brings me back down to myself; I feel like a person when I do it. Taking care of your skin is so, so important just as a person. There is no gender to it.”

3. She Works Out On A Consistent Basis

Eilish makes sure to work out regularly. She revealed to Apple Music that an injury made her take fitness seriously. “It started with 'I can't get injured anymore, can't do it, not going to let myself live like that,'” she said. “Because I lived like that for years. I know that's something a lot of people do, but that was not a thing I did. And it's become such an incredibly huge part of my life and it makes me feel so much better as a person and the way that I can move on stage now.”

4. She Makes Time For Herself

Happy,Pretty,Young,Woman,With,Closed,Eyes,In,Lingerie,WithShutterstock

Eilish makes time for herself by doing things she enjoys. She shared some of her favorites with Allure. “I watch things that bring me comfort, swim in my pool, but I feel best right out of the shower, with my lotions and my smells and I’m in a clean environment. When you’re in a shitty spot emotionally, when you change the things in front of you, it can help so much. I’m trying to prioritize. I wrote in a song years ago ‘to keep myself together and prioritize my pleasure,’ I said that three years ago, and then I didn’t do it! “So I’m doing it now. And I’ve made enough people feel good that I deserve to feel good too.”

5. She Lets Go Of The Hurt

Let,It,Go,,Affirmation.,View,Of,Empty,Asphalt,Highway,OutdoorsShutterstock

Eilish talked about letting go of her pain to Allure. “That’s the thing about diving into the hurt — I don’t need to do that. I’m starting to do better, but I’ve not been doing so great, to be honest. For a while. I have impending-doom feelings most of the day. When I think too much about it, how I can never have privacy again, it’s enough to make you want to do all sorts of crazy things. But you have to let it go.”

"And more seriously for the last, like, four months, I've been like completely changing the way that my life is involving fitness. Like I'm a gym rat now, like when…did that happen? I don't know but it did,” she continued, saying that exercise “changed her life” physically and mentally. “I know that's something a lot of people do, but that was not a thing I did. Leave animals alone. Damn. Also, I’m lactose intolerant and dairy is horrible for your skin and my skin is VERY aware of that.”

6. She Doesn’t Drink Alcohol

Eilish stays away from alcohol. “When I was growing up and I was around my group of friends back then,” she said, “and they would all be drinking and smoking and doing drugs and whatever, I think because of the way that my personality is—I’m a very strong-willed person, and I think at the time I was very alpha—I’m coming to realize that I may have felt a feeling of superiority.”

Florence Pugh, the acclaimed actress known for her dynamic roles, shares behind-the-scenes glimpses from her upcoming film with Andrew Garfield, "We Live In Time." On Instagram, Pugh highlights moments from the set, giving fans a sneak peek into the making of the movie. Known for her candid approach to Hollywood's stringent beauty standards, Pugh has openly criticized the industry's obsession with dieting and body image, emphasizing a healthier, self-accepting lifestyle. Whether preparing for a physically demanding role or choosing her fashion statements, Pugh embraces her authenticity, advocating for body positivity and personal freedom in both her professional and personal life.

1. She Doesn’t Diet For Roles

Pugh doesn’t believe in dieting for her movie roles. She talked about this in an interview with Vogue. “From the moment you start growing thighs and bums and boobs and all of it, everything starts changing, and your relationship with food starts changing. It was expected that you would be on whatever diet that you needed to be on, and for me, that was just shocking because I'd never done that before. I think I definitely put my foot down in that aspect. I love food."

2. She Calls Out Society’s Standards

In an Instagram post, Pugh called out the body standards society has for women. "What’s been interesting to watch and witness is just how easy it is for men to totally destroy a woman’s body, publicly, proudly, for everyone to see. It isn’t the first time and certainly won’t be the last time a woman will hear what’s wrong with her body by a crowd of strangers. Thankfully, I’ve come to terms with the intricacies of my body that make me, me."

3. She Worked With A Trainer

To film Fighting With My Family, Pugh told Culture Trip that she worked with a trainer to get in shape. “As soon as we got the roles, [director] Stephen [Merchant] mentioned he wanted us to do as much wrestling as we could. We would have stunt doubles, but he wanted to get us in the ring so we needed to get really strong. We were assigned CrossFit trainers, and it was a month of intense squatting and eating as many protein bars as possible. And wrestling 24/7. My trainer had a gym in Oxfordshire, which is where I was based at the time. I still train with my guy because I actually got ready with him for The Little Drummer Girl. It’s brought a lot of skills to the surface.”

4. She Wears What She Wants

Pugh doesn’t want to let people tell her what to do. And that extends to her clothing choices. "If I'm happy in it, then I'm gonna wear it," Pugh told Vogue. "Of course, I don't want to offend people, but I think my point is: How can my nipples offend you that much? Yes, I can put makeup on and look good for a premiere. But at the end of the day, I still have hair on the top of my lip and I still smell after a workout and I still get spots when I’m stressed."

5. She Skis

According to this Instagram post, Pugh loves to ski to stay in shape. Skiing is a great workout. The University of Rochester states, “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.”

You should be exactly who you feel like you are and want to be in that moment, otherwise you’re going to go insane.”

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
