Blac Chyna in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Wow"

“Muscles popping,” added a fan.

Blac Chyna is showing off her guns in a sports bra and leggings. In a new social media post the rapper flaunts her incredibly fit figure – including her washboard abs – during a weight lifting session. "Look at that definition," one of her followers commented on the Instagram video. "Muscles popping," added another. How does the 35-year-old approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Blac opened up about her transformation, which includes sobriety in April 2023. "Honestly, it just came over me. It came over me," she said. "For the last seven months, I told myself, I'm gonna focus on three things, so I put in my mindset: workout, sobriety and the Bible. That's it."

Strength Training

Blac relies on some pretty intense strength training workouts to keep her in shape. (You can read all about them here). She regularly shares her workouts via social media. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Hydration

Blac has a few diet hacks. One of them is hydration. "If you feel like you're hungry, if you drink a cup of water and then wait 30 minutes, you probably won't be as hungry. Also, another little trick that I figured out, is to get a small saucer plate," she told Life & Style. "It's about eating in portions and slower."

Coffee

Blac starts her day with coffee. "When I wake up, I start off either with a double espresso or black coffee, I might add a little bit of creamer," she revealed to Life & Style. "Then, I'll have another cup of coffee to kind of curb my appetite. Sometimes, people tend to eat out of boredom and things like that, when it shouldn't be that way."

5

Healthy Diet

"From there, I might skip breakfast, or I might eat the food I made the night before. I love leftovers," she continued to Life & Style. "I'm a really, really, really, really, really big seafood fan." She also likes baked, or sometimes fried, chicken. "For dinner, it depends on how I'm feeling that day. For the most part, I try not to eat too much. Because I'm always in the house, I've found myself in the refrigerator eating random things."
