Her Diet Is Clean
Folake focuses on "eating of the earth, eliminating consumption of artificial sugars, and detoxing that amazing organ, the liver!" she told New Beauty. "During the pandemic, I took a closer look at my health and leaned into the fact that what I eat is also what I use to repair my body."
What does Folake do when it comes to exercise? "Proper alignment, strength training, cardio, restorative yoga, and a lot of foam-rolling and stretching make up my fitness routine. I also like to frequent the StretchLab when my schedule permits," she told New Beauty.
She Takes Supplements
"I am really into supplements right now," Folake revealed to the publication. "Standard Process has been a constant for me for high-quality supplements, as well as some of Young Living's and Vitamin D3 by Allergy Research Group. My go-tos for healthy eating are Dr. Sebi's Alkaline Foods, Medical Medium recipes and Bieler's broth."
