Bobbi Althoff is a very successful influencer and podcaster. She recently met up with NLE Choppa to do an Instagram and TikTok collaboration. Althoff captioned her TikTok, “Why oh why did NLE Choppa and I walk perfectly in sync.” Choppa also shared a video on his Instagram. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bobbi Althoff stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Plays Tennis

@bobbialthoff

Why but why did @NLE choppa 💜 and i walk perfectly in sync

Althoff does a lot of activities with celebrities. In this Instagram reel, she is seen playing tennis with Bobby Lee. The Columbia Association states that tennis has a lot of benefits. “Tennis includes short bursts of activity, it offers the same conditioning benefits of interval training, which has an unparalleled positive effect on the heart and lungs, slashing your risk of heart disease by 56% (!). Just an hour of play burns between 400 to 600 calories.”

2. She Boxes

Althoff also likes to box to stay fit. In this TikTok, she is seen boxing with Ryan Garcia. SOCO FCA states that boxing is a great core workout. “Many sports do a poor job of developing a strong core that is vital to an athletes overall performance. A weak core can create all kinds of problems - from back pain, lack of balance, poor movement, a weak stance, etc. A weak core can also contribute to other muscles working over time to compensate for an underdeveloped core. The typical high school athlete spends roughly 8 hours a day sitting - most likely sitting in poor posture. An athlete's core is often an afterthought needing intentional attention to be developed. Boxing provides a great focused core workout without all the crunches. Core development comes from maintaining a strong stance, delivering punches on a heavy bag, shadow boxing, and more.”

3. She Works Hard

Althoff says that she works hard to get to where she is. “A lot of people assumed I was a nepo baby which is fine because it makes sense,” she says to Variety. “It’s like, ‘How do you get this big break without having people in your family, or something, that are helping you?’ But I just wanted to be like, ‘No, I’m not’ because this was actually hard work. And it didn’t come overnight for me. I actually have been working on this for three years now and I’ve been working since I was 16 years old. I’m very grateful and very lucky but I also do work hard at what I do and it didn’t come easy by any means.”

4. She Dances

Althoff shares a lot of dance videos on her TikTok and Instagram. Dancing has a lot of health benefits. Better Health says, “Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including: improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness, increased aerobic fitness, improved muscle tone and strength, weight management.”

5. She’s Authentic

Althoff is all about being authentic. She tells Variety that she wants people to see that on her podcast. “I definitely am trying with this season to help people see that this is just a character,” she says. “My goal is just helping people understand the real me and the character and that it’s just acting, which is ultimately what I’m interested in.”

Napheesa Collier is a star player in the WNBA. She has been playing for the Minnesota Lynx since 2019. She just shared a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, Collier wore a lavender one shoulder workout top and black workout pants. She received a lot of compliments in the post’s comments, including "simply stunning." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Napheesa Collier stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Gets Herself Through Rough Times

In an interview with The Players Tribune, Collier shared her mantra for getting through rough times. “Everything is temporary. That’s the mantra I use to get myself through hard practices, and the same idea can help us get through this tough period. Eventually it’s going to end, you just have to push through. You really just have to take it a little bit at a time — if you look at the full picture, it can seem daunting. But if you just take it one day at a time and stick to your routine, it’s just way easier to handle everything.”

2. She Walks Her Dog

Labrador,Retriever,With,Leash,Is,Waiting,For,Walk.Shutterstock

Collier shared some of her fitness secrets in her interview with The Player Tribune. She says that she goes on walks with her dog. “I have my mini goldendoodle. I take her on walks around our little cul-de-sac, to get her moving. She’s getting a little chubby. She’s just a puppy, so she’s not fully house-trained. We’ve been working on that. That’s been a full-time job so far.”

3. She Has Great Coaches

Collier opened up about her career in an interview with Town & Style. She says that she’s lucky to have had a lot of supportive coaches. “I’ve been really lucky with my coaches, even when I first started in Jeff City. All the way up to now, I’ve had a line of great coaches. At each stage, each one has helped me grow with the game and mentally.”

4. She Has A Great Workout Playlist

One of Collier’s workout secrets? Having a great playlist. She shared some of the artists on that playlist with The Player Tribune. “I usually listen to some Drake when I train. I do the Drizzy station, or me and Alex will put on 2000s hip-hop and R & B throwbacks, get some Usher going. Usher might not be the best workout music actually, but it’s still pretty good — fun to have on any time.”

5. She’s Grateful

Collier feels very lucky and grateful for her job. She shared some of the perks of being a basketball player with Town & Style. “The freedom I have. I realize how lucky I am that I don’t have to have a nine-to-five desk job. I’m also thankful that I have the ability to travel, see my family and do what I want in the off season.”

Kelly Burglund is recreating a movie scene – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the actress shows off her figure in exercise clothes while recreating an iconic movie moment from 10 Things I Hate About You with her boyfriend. “0 things I hate about you ♥️,” she writes in the caption. “Cute,” commented one of her followers. How does the Heels star approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Prior to Heels, She Was a “SoulCycler”

Berglund discussed her physical transformation for Heels with SheKnows. Prior to shooting she had a dance and gymnastics background and enjoyed spin classes. “I go to SoulCycle and that’s about it!” she told her trainer for the show. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

2. Three Hours of Training Per Night

To get in shape prior to shooting, Berglund spent three hours a night wrestling. Then, for season two, she amped it up even more. “I trained for five months going into season two, because Crystal is much more of a wrestler now. I wanted to bulk up and look more like a wrestler,” she added to The Hollywood Reporter.

3. Bulking and Cutting

Much like real wrestlers, Berglund bulked and cut. “So I was eating a pretty strict bulking diet of lots of protein, and then cutting closer to when we were filming the show, I was training for about three hours a day, five days a week. And that continued on as we started filming in Atlanta. They built us another gym like they did in season one, and we were in there on all of our off days with the stunt team. Even the cast that aren’t wrestlers were coming into the gym; it became this community. So it was extremely difficult, but I’m so proud of myself for getting through it. And in watching the second season, I’m grateful that it comes across,” she told THR.

4. Ice Baths

Kelli cools down with ice baths. “Thank you for having us @denmotherwellness 🌿 pure bliss is fighting for your life in an ice bath together,” she captioned a recent post. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

5. Dance

Kelli also blasts calories via dance. “I take dance classes (when I can) in my free time… it’s still such a love of mine, plus, it’s a great workout!” Kelli told Naluda. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Christmas Abbott, known for her trailblazing career in fitness, CrossFit, and as the first female NASCAR pit crew member, is a true powerhouse. Beyond her athletic accomplishments, Abbott is also a two-time Big Brother contestant, author, and now a mentor to fitness coaches looking to build sustainable businesses. Last month, she reintroduced herself on Instagram with a powerful post, reminding followers of her diverse journey and inviting them to her “Fitness Business Skool” for coaching insights. Abbott’s holistic approach to wellness includes strength training, lunges, pull-ups, and even simple routines like walking, all designed to stay strong and focused. Her commitment to positive thinking is evident, as she encourages fans to “take your POWER BACK” by focusing on what’s within their control.

1. She Thinks Positive

Christmas Abbott.1Christmas Abbott/Instagram

Abbott makes sure to think positively. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “I get it, life can be a m#tha f#cka at times and sometimes those hard moments don’t appear to have an end in sight. It’s heavy and heartbreaking. But that feeling is energy, your thoughts are energy, your actions (or inaction) is energy. What we feed (put energy into) grows. So feed the energy of FOCUSING on what’s in your own control (not the illusion of it) and let everything else “just be”.It’s time to turn your thoughts into action and start whatever it is that you’re avoiding. That’s where the strength is and it’s time to take your POWER BACK!!!!”

2. She Walks

Christmas Abbott.2Christmas Abbott/Instagram

Abbott does a lot of different fitness programs. One of the programs she has is focused on walking. She advertised an event in this Instagram post, captioning it, “Join me on Aug 2nd @ 10am in #FortLauderdale with the revolutionized global woman’s networking event @wlthwlks (LNK IN BIYO) 👏🧨💥 It’s time to ACTIVATE and ELEVATE your business by connecting with women that are truly changing the game. 🏃‍♀️We WILL WALK but a short one due to the heat! So athletic attire is suggested.”

3. She Strength Trains

Christmas Abbott.3Christmas Abbott/Instagram

Abbott likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing squats and shoulder lifts with a barbell. Abbott captioned the post, “Tell me what you did you do for your sweat session today? I had a fun few reps and rounds of: Thrusters. Pull ups. Lunges. Pull ups. Tag your workout bestie!” Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic reports, “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

4. She Does Lunges

Christmas Abbott.4Christmas Abbott/Instagram

In her previous Instagram post’s caption, Abbott revealed that she does lunges to stay in shape. ACE Fitness states that lunges have a lot of benefits. “If you're doing front and back lunges, you’ll primarily be working the gluteus maximus, adductors, and quadriceps. Side lunges will work the gluteus medius more. And if you’re taking bigger steps forward and back, you’ll use more of the glute muscles, while smaller steps will target the quadriceps more.”

5. She Does Pull-ups

Christmas Abbott.5Christmas Abbott/Instagram

Abbott also revealed in the previous post’s caption that she likes to do pull-ups to stay in shape. NASM states that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull ups and chin ups are a multi-joint movement, meaning that they engage multiple muscle groups (lats, biceps, shoulders, and upper back). They promote overall upper body muscle development and can lead to some serious strength gains.”

2. She Does HIIT

In her interview with Women’s Health, Przystal revealed that she loves doing HIIT, or high-intensity interval training. "I do really high-intensity interval workouts," she said. "It's either the treadmill or the assault bike, and I do lots of squats, weights, and functional training. It's anything and everything, basically."

3. She Works Out With Others

"Strictly Ballroom" Press Night - VIP AccessDave J Hogan/Getty Images

Przystal doesn’t always work out on her own. She revealed in her Women’s Health interview that she will exercise with some of her fellow professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing. "I love to work out with my friends Gorka and Karen,” she says. “We'll do it online now as we all have the same kind of workout machines. Gorka will set up a workout for us to all do together.” Better Health states that working out with others has a lot of benefits. “Exercising with a friend or loved one can make it more fun, and increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan. Exercising with a friend is a great way to keep you motivated. It’s also a great way to meet new people. It can even save you money.”

4. She Walks

Closeup,Of,Female,Runner,Shaved,Feet,In,Running,Shoes,walk, walkingShutterstock

Przystal revealed in an interview with Express that she loves to walk to stay in shape. "I work out and you get those endorphins,” she said. “If you don't like working out, then just go for a walk. I think it's so important for your mental health. Obviously, if I'm in a positive vibe I have a different type of energy." According to The Cleveland Clinic, walking has a lot of health benefits. “The benefits of walking for 30 minutes a day include decreasing your resting heart rate, lowering your blood pressure and LDL (your ‘bad’ cholesterol), and strengthening your heart.”

5. She Dances

Przystal is a dancer, and this is naturally one way she stays in shape. Dancing has a lot of benefits. The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas states that, “If you're at risk for cardiovascular disease - start dancing. More research has shown that people with heart failure who started waltzing not only improved their heart health and breathing, but they also saw overall improvement in their quality of life. Additionally, these improvements were significantly greater than those with heart failure who cycled, or walked on a treadmill. If you need to lose weight, it's also been proven that aerobic dancing is as helpful for losing weight as biking or running.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
