When it comes to fitness, career, relationships or anything else, Rachel is all about goal setting. "I'm a Virgo—I write a breakdown of my goals in month-by-month and three-year-long terms," she revealed during an interview with W.

Exercise

"I live and die 4 fitness," Rachel captioned this Instagram post of herself after a workout. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Rachel is a coffee drinker. She loves iced coffee, even though it is bad for her digestion, she told The Washington Post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Treat Mental Health Issues

Rachel prioritizes her mental health. She is a huge proponent of dialectical behavior therapy. "What's interesting is that I always have anxiety about things, [and] I've been working on DBT," she revealed to Elle. "The things that I get anxious about are not based in reality. Pre-pandemic, I go to drinks with my friends, we have a great time [and] it's my best friends who love me. The next day, I wake up, and I [panic that I] said something wrong, everything's falling apart, and everyone hates me."

Drink Green Juice

Rachel  loves green juice. In a recent post off her body in a swimsuit while sipping on a nutrient filled beverage. "Finally got in a damn pool!!!" she captioned the snap.
