Brandi Glanville’s Latest Podcast Episode Is Stirring Up Drama—Here’s Why

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

One thing that Glanville does to take care of her skin is use under-eye patches. In this Instagram post, she revealed the brand she used on Celebrity Big Brother. Glanville captioned it, “One of the #1 questions we get from fans since leaving #bigbrother is what brand of under eye patches were we wearing constantly on the show...The answer is @peterthomasrothofficial!! They are amaze! #ThanksMarissa 💋 (Blogging about all the products, will be posting on @bbeautyunfltrd soon).”

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."

It’s been a volatile season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Sutton Stracke (esophagus-gate, anyone?), but she knows the best way to shake off any drama is to get outside in the fresh air. Stracke, 52 shared a picture of herself riding her beloved horse Santos, dressed in the fancy riding gear we would expect from the luxury-loving reality star. Also featured in the snaps are castmate Kyle Richards and fan favorite Avi Gabay. “Santos makes another appearance as well as @avi_gabay_ (my true love),” she captioned the post. Here’s how Stracke lives her best real life.

1. Horseback Riding

Stracke displayed her love for horses and horseback riding on RHOBH, introducing the world to her beautiful horse Santos. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science Dr. Dennis Sigler tells the American Heart Association. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.”

2. Inspired By Castmates

Stracke is inspired by her Bravo castmates, even when they don’t always see eye to eye. “Being around a group of strong-minded women makes you have to step-up, so I’ve definitely learned to speak up. Even witnessing the filming of last season showed that to me,” she told Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine. “The girls are not only mothers, they’re actresses and businesspeople and it was amazing to see how they’re juggling everything. It was great because seeing them gave me the impetus to do more and now I have the knowledge that I can. They were really great role models to me in that sense.”

3. Luxury Boutique

Sutton.Stracke.3Sutton Stracke/Instagram

Stracke has a luxury boutique “Sutton” in Beverly Hills, which keeps her busy when she’s not filming. Research shows working at a job you genuinely love is good for mental health. “The whole space is like a cottage,” she told Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine. “I wanted it to feel like part-closet, part-boudoir, part living space, and part dining room, because those are the key elements in all of our lives.”

4. Garcelle Is Her BFF

Stracke has genuine friendships on the show, especially with castmate Garcelle Beauvais. “I have a very real friendship with Garcelle,” she told Hollywood Life. “We text, we call, we visit — we’re going on vacation together this summer. We’re really best friends and I love her so much and we love our families together and everything.”

5. Living Her Best Life

Stracke is always true to herself, on screen and off. “Success to me means that you live your best life every day,” she told Digital Journal. “Whether it is being the best mother you can be, the best wife, the best businesswoman, the best friend that you can be. It’s not about awards or accolades, it’s about being true to yourself and attempting to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small.”

In an interview with DJ Smallz Eyes, Mena opened up about her wellness. She says that she was inspired by a movie she watched to stay in shape. “Being in the gym and getting so [much] more into my health and how to build muscle, all the logistics of taking care of my body started to come into play," she said. "And then What The Health hit, and people were talking about it and I popped it in and watched it. In LA it’s easy to make that transition, doing the six months was easy.”

2. She Cooks

Mena is an avid chef. She tells DJ Smallz Eyes that this helps her eat healthy, and helped her live a vegan lifestyle. “I love to cook, what made the transition fun for me was, ‘now I’m going to learn how to make all these vegan dishes!’ I made it fun! And I think that’s why I was able to last that long.”

3. She Isn’t Afraid Of What People Have To Say About Her

Mena doesn’t care what people think of her, which is why she can put herself out there. She tells Parle Mag, “People are judgmental. Then I realized that you can be America’s sweetheart and they’re still going to come for your neck. You can’t win them all and you can’t worry about losing them either. It’s just about taking a chance and within taking that chance there’s really no regrets. I’d rather have the regret of doing it, than having the regret of not doing it and wishing I did.”

4. She’s Healing From Her Past

2018 MTV Video Music Awards - ArrivalsNicholas Hunt/Getty Images

Mena has had a difficult past. She opened up about some of her struggles to Parle Mag. She says that she is starting to heal and grow from her trauma. “Now I appreciate them, because I’m going through the process of healing from them,” she says. “You kind of have to use it as a learning experience. Yeah, you have to appreciate them. It happened to me for whatever reason, but for a reason. Like I said, it definitely set the tone for how I move out in the world because it is brutal out here.”

5. She Separates Reality TV From Her Life

It can be difficult to be a reality star, however, Mena has figured out how to handle it. She tells Parle Mag that she has learned to separate her show from her actual life. “The good thing is that I learned, very quickly, that you have to separate the two. It’s very draining and if you let it, it will consume you. I’m a mother and at the same time I can deal with the craziness of being on a reality show and the drama. To be honest, at the end of the day, when I come home I have someone to answer to and lessons to teach so that he can one day avoid all my mistakes and become a better person. You have to separate the two because if not it will just consume your whole life and then there isn’t much to live for because everyone else is living for you.”

Gia Giudice has been in the public eye since she was young. She’s the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice. She’s also a clothing designer and has become a social media influencer. Giudice recently spent time by the beach, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat on the rocks by the ocean. 1. She Takes a Mature Approach

Giudice opened up about her and her family’s approach to the new RHONJ season to Page Six. She says that she is taking a more mature approach to handling things this season. “Me, my sisters and my mom, we definitely evolved more this season,” she explains. “We all wanted to take a more mature route and just really evaluate what was going on instead of [reacting] because we also felt like this whole ‘Teresa and her brother’ saga is just so old.”

2. She’s Moving On

"Mafia Mamma" New York ScreeningDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Giudice and her family have dealt with a lot of drama, especially in these recent years. However, she tells Page Six that she is working on moving on from the past. “I think in general, we realized — especially around the time of my mom’s wedding — we were just like, ‘I think it’s time to just let bygones be bygones, put it in the past and just focus on our family and focus on us.'”

3. She Doesn’t Care About The Edit

Celebrity Sightings In Indio - April 22, 2023BAUER-GRIFFIN via Getty Images

Being on a reality show, Giudice has to deal with how the season is edited. She tells In The Know that she doesn’t care about what fans think or how things are edited. “Every season has its villain and every season has the person that they're attacking or targeting and every season they also have their favorite,” she explains. “So it's like the villain, the person they're attacking, the person that looks the best on the show. So, I've seen that formation where it's been like my mom, the one that everyone is against, or the next season she's the one that looks great. Or like this season they're making her cuts not what they really were. So I just feel like that was like the hardest thing to struggle with. It's like ‘well that's actually not how it went down’ or ‘that's actually not how that even happened.’ So, I've learned to just embrace it and also just say exactly what I want to say when I'm being filmed because otherwise like you're not gonna get your point across and the viewers also are just gonna have a different perception on.”

4. She Works With A Dermatologist

Giudice works with dermatologist, Tara Adashev, APRN, to help with her skin. “Gia comes to me to treat her skin,” Nurse Adashev tells HollywoodLife. “The Lutronic ULTRA Laser is great because there is no downtime. She returned to her college classes and normal life immediately, and she sees really great results as soon as one treatment.”

5. She Wants To Help Others

Giudice is about to graduate from college. Her next step? Law school. Guidice wants to become a lawyer to help people. In 2021, she said on Watch What Happens Live that her parents’ struggles inspired her to help other people not experience this. “Their whole experience influenced me, honestly, for the better,” Giuidice explained. “I just want to help families and be able to be there for families and help children, honestly, especially.”

With a new book just out, Cravings: All Together, Chrissy Teigen is doing a publicity round, and she’s never been healthier. Newly sober, and chastened by claims of cyberbullying, she was positively glowing on the today Show, and in photos she posted on Instagram. How does the busy mom.writer stay so put together? Read on to see 7 ways Chrissey Teigen stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Newly Sober

Chrissy.Teigen.1Chrissy Teigen/Instagram

"I'm actually a hundred days sober today and I'm so excited," Teigen told Hoda Kotb on the Today Show yesterday. "I feel so good, I feel very clear-headed. I feel like I've done the work and I just hope these people can forgive and be able to welcome the fact that hopefully they've seen me be better." She knew she had a problem with alcohol. "I've been struggling with it honestly, for the past couple of years when I knew it was kind of an issue," she said. "Just even like doing interviews and things like I would think I needed a glass of wine, and then it just started to get embarrassing like at award shows and things and everyone memes it and thinks it's funny and cute that you fell asleep or something." She continued: "I just was like, I can't be the messy one."This is embarrassing, and I don't want to be waking up in the morning and being like, 'Oh, what did I say?' Like that's so embarrassing and then it was just not worth it."

2. She Has Resolved to “Be Better”

Global Citizen VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The WorldKevin Mazur/Getty Images for Global Citizen VAX LIVE

Teigen apoloigized after claims she cyberbullied model Courtney Stodden years ago. "I think you learn so much in the moments where you do lose so much, you lose it all, your world is kind of turned upside down," Teigen told Hoda. "For me it was a big moment of, 'Wow, I need to find out how I can be better, how I can grow from this, learn from this.' There's that old cliché like I'm glad it happened, but truly it made me a stronger person, a better person." She added: “I look at my kids and I look at what I want their values to be and how I want them to treat people, and to see that in myself that I wasn't doing that. The hardest part for me was realizing, my goodness, this really had an effect on people. ... You don’t really think about the impact and the person on the other side."

3. She Had Surgery For Endometriosis

“Please endo this pain lol,” Teigen said via an Instagram Story from the hospital. “Endometriosis (en-doe-me-tree-O-sis) is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus,” says the Mayo Clinic. The pain after the operation was worth it. “It makes it hard, every little cough and stuff, but it is truly still better than the contractions and the pain of endo.”

4. She Works Out when She Can

2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/Getty Images

“Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and them my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she told People. “It’s all about balance,” says Teigen. “And yes, I definitely stray, I go crazy, but if I did that all the time I would be very unhappy, like physically sad and just feeling lazy and horrible.”

5. Here’s Her Breakfast Recipe

Chrissy.Teigen.5Chrissy Teigen/Instagram

Teigen once Instagrammed a luscious breakfast: “low and slow creamy eggs, garlic roasted bacon and burst tomatoes from this morning! To feed 3, I cracked 10 eggs into a big bowl, whisked with a hearty splash of heavy cream and a good amount of salt and pepper. On low, I heated a tablespoon or so of olive oil with a tablespoon of butter in a non stick skillet and poured in the egg mix. Don't stop gently stirring and scraping (edges and all) for more than a few seconds! The first 10 minutes won't look like much but then boom...you'll notice it getting thicker and thicker. As it gets thick enough to stop flowing all over the entire pan, make sure to spread out the eggs throughout the pan and keep stirring. Like cheesy eggs with no cheese! Then out of nowhere, the moisture is mostly gone and you're done! More than worth the wait! (The bacon is roasted at 400 for 10-15 mins with chopped garlic cloves on a baking sheet and tomatoes tossed in olive oil and shaken in a hot pan for a bit)”

6. She Wants to Be Happy-Fit

Chrissy.Teigen.6Chrissy Teigen/Instagram

"Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I'm supposed to be," Teigen told Women's Health. "I've been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There's a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit."

7. She Has Been to Wellness Retreats

“We had the most beautiful, wonderful time in Bali. Como Shambhala, my body and mind have never felt so clear. Thank you for getting me to move again ... and giving me some much-needed body and nutrition schooling!” she said in 2017.

One of the big benefits of a machine like the leg press is that it can build those larger muscles, and it’s easy to use. There are those who argue this machine is less effective at building overall strength than free weight exercises; the truth is, no matter what you’ll still get stronger while you’re using it.”

In 2020, Adele revealed her impressive weight loss on Instagram. She told British Vogue that she wanted to keep her journey private. “I think one of the reasons people lost the plot was because actually, it was over a two-year period. People are shocked because I didn’t share my ‘journey.’ They’re used to people documenting everything on Instagram, and most people in my position would get a big deal with a diet brand,” she said. “I couldn’t give a flying f***. I did it for myself and not anyone else. So why would I ever share it? I don’t find it fascinating. It’s my body."

After having her son, Jennifer Hudson lost 80 pounds. She revealed onLorraine that she did so by changing her approach to eating. “I'm very careful and cautious of what I'm eating, so I just try to pace those meals throughout the day. Like, okay, eat here, don't eat here. When it's early in the morning, I say, okay, I would've been asleep… so I'm not going to eat. I'm very conscious of what I put in my body."

Me.’ My doctor literally applauded me. Eva’s cool that way. I asked for and got a complete physical. I did this so I knew where I was starting out because I wanted to know what I was working with. I wanted to be able to see progress in even the smallest ways. I also did whatever my doctor told me to do.”

Kelly Clarkson dropped 60 pounds, and tells People that her doctor helped her change her diet. “I eat a healthy mix. I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor — a couple years I didn’t. And 90 percent of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway. I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat — sorry, vegetarians in the world!”

Kelly Osbourne revealed on the Hollywood Raw podcast that her 85 pound weight loss is due to gastric sleeve surgery and healthier habits. “I did it, I’m proud of it...I did the gastric sleeve. All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never ever ever lie about it, ever. It is the best thing I have ever done. The kind of surgery I had… if you don’t work out and you don’t eat right, you gain weight. All it does is move you in the right direction. It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not a quick fix.”
