She shared with Delish, "I have to have eggs every day. I like a farmer's breakfast: two over-easy eggs, turkey bacon or pork sausage, sliced avocado, and grilled tomatoes. I can't do pancakes or else I just want to go to bed. Eggs are my must—with a ton of Cholula on top."

"I remember people were like, 'Smoothies? This is the way you can get your calories in and have your protein?' It's a meal and it's a drink. That's how old I am, because people didn't 'smoothie.' There was no smoothie. It was like either ice cream or water. I love peanut butter, man. With the Greek yogurt, I feel the muscles just building. This is some healthy fat, healthy protein [and] the Greek yogurt is great for probiotics," he told EatingWell.

Selena Gomez is a lucky lady. Her fiancé, Benny Blanco, whips up a healthy breakfast for her every morning. Benny shared Selena's favorite breakfast on an episode of The Howard Stern Show, as reported by PEOPLE.
"She wants the same thing every day," he said. "Her favorite thing is she either has chorizo and eggs in like a tortilla, chorizo and eggs in a quesadilla, chorizo and eggs and rice and beans—she wants some version of that."

Dancing with the Stars' Kym Johnson-Herjavec revealed to EatingWell that she makes smoothies and pancakes for her kids each morning. She adds a lot of fruit into both.
"I make a nice breakfast smoothie for the kids and for myself with lots of spinach in it," Kym shared. "I add blueberries, bananas, some strawberries—we all have that drink in the morning. I think it's a good way to start the day, and quite often I'll have my banana pancakes that I make with just one banana and one egg. You mix it together, put coconut oil in the pan and that's it. They're the best and it's an easy go-to breakfast, with a bit of Greek yogurt on top and some berries. That's something the kids love to help me make as well."

Jennie Garth is another smoothie fan for breakfast. She shared her favorite recipe with EatingWell.
"You have to put in a frozen banana. I usually use half a banana, frozen orange, frozen mango, then a ginormous handful of fresh spinach," Jennie explained. "Then, MCT oil, flaxseed oil, two dates, a whole lemon with the rind and everything. Just throw that right in there. Add ice, Planet Oat milk, bee pollen and an unflavored plant-based protein. Oh, and a chunk of ginger!"

7. Olivia Culpo's Quinoa With Egg Whites
