Brittany Mahomes is showing off her baby bump in a two-piece exercise set. In a few new social media posts shared by the expectant mother, the WAG looks amazing as she exercises with her personal trainer, wearing purple workout gear. “Feeling very pregnant,” she wrote across one of the Instagram Stories. “Third trimester is my favorite stage when it comes to training,” her trainer, Kirstey Rae added in another Story. “There’s studies that show your body basically goes into superhuman mode to prepare for childbirth.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
"Unapologetically" Always Herself

Brittany is devoted to being herself. “I am unapologetically always myself in any setting. I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself, love yourself, and feel confident in whatever you do and I think SI Swimsuit does, too,” she told Sports Illustrated. “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself. People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”
She's Passionate About Fitness

Brittany found the gym via soccer. “When I was playing professional soccer over in Iceland, I didn’t have a ton to do outside of soccer, so I found myself spending a ton of time in the gym working out, creating workouts, and posting them online,” she told Sports Illustrated. “I realized that I was enjoying that so much more than actually playing soccer.”
She Believes in the Power of Consistency

Brittany maintains that staying in shape isn’t just about creating healthy habits, but actually keeping them. “Consistency is key. Don’t let anything get in your way! Don’t make excuses and don’t feel sorry for yourself! Go out and crush your goals without caring what anyone else thinks,” she says on the Brittany Lynne Fitness website.

Brittany combines strength training and high intensity interval training. “If you are a beginner, HIIT with BRITT it is an excellent starting point. This is a full body workout guide that focuses on toning. There are 25 workouts included and the guide can be done at home or in the gym. You will need minimal equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands (short & long), and ankle weights. Set some goals and go crush it!” she says on her website.
Walking

Brittany “walks with the kids and the dogs,” she told Eating Well. A 2018 study published in the journal Obesity found a link between walking 10,000 steps a day and weight loss and weight management. Other studies published by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) in JAMA Neurology and in JAMA Internal Medicine also linked walking 10,000 steps a day to less dementia and less cardiovascular disease overall, with less heart disease, less heart failure and fewer strokes.
