1. Hiking
Serena enjoys hiking. “Quality time in quality places with quality people 😎,” she captioned a post, which included photos of herself hiking with friends. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
2. Snorkeling
When on vacation, Serena throws on a mask and fins and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
3. Walking

Serena enjoys the perks of coffee. Here she is enjoying a cup.
