Bronte Sheppeard is enjoying a weekend at the Baddest Bod retreat – in her workout clothes. In a few new social media posts, the influencer shows off her famous figure in exercise clothes while attending a health-inspired event. In the TikTok clip she explains what she has been up to. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Baths

Bronte enjoys taking baths. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

2. Pilates

During the retreat, Bronte hits a workout class. “We are going to Pilates this morning,” she says at the start of her recent TikTok clip. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

3. Massage

On the first day of the Baddest Bod retreat Bronte was treated to a massage. “So good,” she says in a TikTok clip. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.

4. Bike Rides

While in Los Angeles, Bronte hit Venice Beach and went for a calorie-blasting bike ride. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

5. Swimming

Bronte loves to swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Bronte Schofield is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The Married at First Sight star shows off her incredible body modeling bathing suits in a few of her latest social media posts. “You asked for it,” she captioned one of the Instagram snaps. “I’m good thanks:)” she wrote about another. How does she stay so fit? Read on.

1. She Has Battled Health Issues Her Whole Life

Healthy,Nutrition,And,Belly,Health,Concept.,Close,Up,Of,WomanShutterstock

Bronte has battled health issues her whole life. "I spent half my life in hospital," she told 9Entertainment. "I had a lot of gut issues and growing up I had pancreatitis, endometriosis and gastritis all at the same time. I was in hospital, and I genuinely thought I was going to die. I was only 16-years-old, and my dad always knew that something wasn't right with me."

2. She Is “Very Resilient” But “Very Sensitive”

When it comes to her mental health, Bronte maintains she has to tread very carefully. “I couldn’t go into the media and run a narrative that wasn’t authentic to me, my story and my time in the experiment,” she revealed about why she waits to speak publicly. “When everything starts to unfold and you’re in the public eye, nothing can prepare you for that. I am very resilient but there’s another half to me, that’s very sensitive. I think the backlash, it was warranted and people’s opinions of me are none of my business, but it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t hurt. It hurts a lot so it just felt right to just pull out [of talking to the media].”

3. She Does Pilates

Bronte loves pilates. She has shared videos of herself on the reformer via her Instagram Stories. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

4. She Climbs Stairs

Bronte doesn’t need a gym to stay in shape! She revealed in one of her Instagram Stories that she enjoys walking up and down stairs. “10 up and down under 30,” she captioned a video.

5. She Works Out at the Gym

Bronte works out at Revo Gym in Australia and trains with Caitlin Betti “The Glute Girl.” Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Britt Baker is a successful wrestler. She is currently signed to AEW, and was the first woman to sign with them. Baker was previously with WWE Raw. Baker is an AEW Women’s Champion. She is also a licensed dentist. Baker shared a new photo on Instagram of herself in olive green workout clothes. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Britt Baker stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works Out At Night

Baker shares her workout secrets with Muscle and Fitness. She says that she makes sure to get workouts in. Even if she’s doing so late at night. “I’m, admittedly, a very late-night workout girl,” shares Baker. “I’m at the gym, usually at 10pm, finishing up around 11.30pm or midnight. That’s just how it works for me now because that’s the only time I can fit in. When I’m home, in a typical day, I wake up, go to the dental office and I’m there sometimes until 7pm, come home, eat really quick, say hello to my boyfriend (who just happens to be fellow AEW superstar; Adam Cole then I go to the gym.”

2. She Does Pilates

Baker is a big fan of Pilates. “I’m really big on Pilates too,” she said to Muscle and Fitness. “It’s something I have got way better at in the last year or so. I actually work with a stretch therapist twice a week just to help with my flexibility because I’ve had my fair share of injuries. I think one thing that is really important for your body is mobility.”

3. She Believes In Moderation

Delicious,Chocolate,Cake,On,Plate,On,Table,On,Light,BackgroundShutterstock

Baker shared her diet in her Muscle and Fitness interview. She says that she believes in moderation. “If there’s a piece of cake in front of me, or sweets, I will definitely eat those sweets. I’m not going to torture myself with food because I don’t think food should be used as punishment or reward. If I want to eat something I will, but at the same time, I like to stay healthy, I like the healthy foods.”

4. She Works Her Entire Body

When it comes to fitness, Baker likes to focus on one body part at a time. “At least four days a week, I’m in the gym, picking a body part, whether it’s legs or glutes or arms, shoulders,” she explained to Muscle and Fitness. “That’s pretty standard. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. I’m a big, big advocate on incline walking for my cardio. I broke my leg, I have bad knees, so running just does not work for me anymore, so I definitely love the incline walking and the stair master and, again, any type of HIIT fitness class, like F45.”

5. She Went For Her Goals

Baker talked about balancing her wrestling career with dental school with UpRoxx. She says that she wanted to go after her dreams. “It was such a hard time to balance the two of them that I think, deep down, in my gut, if I didn’t think that I had what it takes to be successful with both of them, I wouldn’t have pursued them both. So in a way I think I knew I could do it the whole time. But of course you doubt yourself, of course you hope and pray that you’re going to get to wrestle on TV, or get to the end of dental school and get the DMD after your name. So there are kind of multi-answers to that question.

Jeanette Jenkins is unveiling a total body workout in honor of the new year – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post, Pink’s personal trainer shows off her fantastic figure in an exercise set while demonstrating a variety of moves. “No Equipment! No Excuses! Total Body Workout! 🔥Share with your friends or save for later!” she writes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Here Are The Details

How many reps should you do? “Get it in! 10-15reps per exercise,” Jenkins instructs. “10-15reps or 30-45secs of each move.” She recommends doing a total of two to three sets. In the Instagram clips she demonstrates each exercise, so follow along!

Here Are The Exercises

Jeanette Jenkins is pictured doing Push-Up + Ankle Taps.

Jeanette Jenkins/Instagram

1. Side Plank + Oblique Crunch

2. Side Lunge + Cross Body Kick

3. Warrior 3 Balance + Leg Reach 10x + Hold 30secs

4. Push-Up + Ankle Tap

5. Reverse Lunge + Rotation

6. Mountain Climbers

7. Squat Jump + Cross Touch (Low Impact remove jump)

8. Plie Squat on Toes

9. High Knees

10. Abs/Obliques Cross Body Toe Touch

Learn To Love Exercise

And, change your attitude! “Lastly, don’t look at exercise and diet as something to dread,” says Jenkins. “Healthy living and moving your body are a way of life and don’t happen overnight. Most importantly, don’t forget a positive attitude. It will set you up for long-term success.”

Hydration

Hydration is also key. “It would be best if you started well-hydrated before you even get moving. Signs like dark urine color will tell you that you need to up your fluid intake before hitting the gym. During a workout, we activate our sweat glands to help cool down the body, which depletes our internal water levels. Dehydration occurs when fluid losses exceed fluid consumed through both foods and drinks. It can impact everything from athletic performance and muscle recovery to mood, alertness, concentration and short-term memory,” she told Abbott.

Diet

If you want to get in shape, you will have to modify your diet as well. “Whether you’re looking to burn fat or strengthen your muscles, you must pay attention to your meal plan just as much as your workout plan,” Jenkins told Abbott. “In general, most people don’t understand how many calories they eat in a day or how many calories they should be eating. If you are trying to burn body fat or slim down, you need to have a calorie negative at the end of the day.” The first step is understanding “what you are eating and how many calories are in your chosen foods,” she claims. “There are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat. If you have a calorie negative of -500 a day, you can achieve a calorie negative of -3500 in a week (7 days) to help you burn off 1 pound of fat. It takes time to learn about the food you put in your body, but it’s necessary, and that knowledge you gain will remain with you for a lifetime. Also, take time to meal prep. Spending an hour at the beginning of your week planning meals will save time and calories.”

Dani Bonner is a very successful influencer. She is known for sharing a lot of fitness and wellness content on her Instagram. A few weeks ago, Bonner shared a set of photos of herself modeling some new workout clothes and doing a split. She captioned the post, “Today I got into the SPLITS yeowwww!!”

She Stretches

As you can see from her Instagram post, Bonnor likes to do stretches to keep herself in shape. According to Harvard Health, stretching is very important. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. For example, sitting in a chair all day results in tight hamstrings in the back of the thigh. That can make it harder to extend your leg or straighten your knee all the way, which inhibits walking. Likewise, when tight muscles are suddenly called on for a strenuous activity that stretches them, such as playing tennis, they may become damaged from suddenly being stretched. Injured muscles may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to joint injury.”

She Does Pilates

Bonnor likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She specifically likes to use a reformer. Bonnor shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing Pilates. She shared these photos of herself using the reformer, captioning them, “Pre workout and Pilates!!! This is my time for me. Doing what I love and what I need. 🫶🏼”

She Wants To Be Healthy

For Bonnor, being healthy is a priority for her. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Can't wait to get back into this body.... One that feels balanced, steady, strong. One that I can trust is healthy. One that I can stop worrying 24/7 about. One where I'm not waiting for a ‘symptom’ to pop up and take over my existence..I've been so patient. I've learnt the hard lessons.. I have never given up even if sometimes I felt it was easier to. Healing sure isn't linear, it really does show you that you are stronger than you think you are though!!”

She Loves Strawberries

Bonnor likes to make smoothie bowls. She shared this recipe for one on Instagram. In it, she uses strawberries. According to The Cleveland Clinic, strawberries have a lot of benefits. “For starters, strawberries are loaded with vitamin C. Eight medium strawberries contain 160% of your daily recommended amount — the amount that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends you eat every day. That’s more vitamin C than you get from an orange, the fruit famous for its vitamin C.”

She Loves Blueberries

Freshly,Picked,Blueberries,In,Wooden,Bowl.,Juicy,And,Fresh,BlueberriesShutterstock

Bonnor is also seen using blueberries in her smoothie bowl recipe. Blueberries have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “A one-cup serving of blueberries contains 25% of the recommended daily value for vitamin C and 4 grams of dietary fiber, but only 80 calories. Plus, blueberries are juicy fruits, which means they contain mostly water. That high water content makes them great for weight loss or maintenance because they fill you up quickly without a lot of calories.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese
