Brooke Burke is working her booty off – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the fitness guru flaunts her amazing figure in pink bike shorts and a purple sports bra during an exercise session. “OG booty sculpting moves,” she captioned the Instagram video, demonstrating the move. “Insane bod,” one of her followers commented. “Queen fitness 🔥🔥🔥,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. No Diets

In a recent interview with Celebwell Brooke dished on her diet. She revealed that she avoids fad diets, and instead, focuses on a healthy lifestyle 365 days per year. “I don't like the word diet. It’s all about building a sustainable, enjoyable, healthy lifestyle,” she said.

2. Mediterranean-Style Eating

Brooke sticks to a Mediterranean-style eating plan. “I have healthy fats such as olive oil and avocados, vegetables, lean proteins, beans, and nuts,” she revealed. She enjoys shakes, grilled salmon salad or some type of protein salad. “I love cobb salad,” she adds. For dinner, she likes fish or a filet mignon with crunchy vegetables.

3. Intermittent Fasting

Brooke also practices time restricted eating. “I intermittent fast most every day,” she told us. “I give myself a resting window of 16 hours, and I eat in an eight-hour window. It's 1:30p right now and I'm breaking my fast. I'm having a shake which is high in calories and in fat, which is totally okay. It has protein, matcha, MCT oil, dates, almond butter, one Tru Niagen stickpack, collagen powder, and cinnamon.”

4. Body Sculpting

Brooke shares a variety of workouts on her Brooke Burke Body app. “I believe in body sculpting. I believe in movement of all kinds. I do enjoy lifting weights and cardio, but you don’t have to sweat for hours to reshape your body,” she said.

5. Meditation

“A daily meditation practice,” is also crucial, says Brooke. “Trust me on this one, the mind and body benefits are incredible,” she told Daily Mail. “Meditation is the practice of training the mind in order to induce a state of relaxation, focus, and inner peace. A daily meditation practice helps control our thoughts, emotions and inner dialogue to positively retrain our brain and elevate our well-being. “We meditate, not to find peace, but to meet reality. The practice of meditation can take many forms, including silence, prayer, visualization, and breathing exercises. The main goal of meditation is to stay present and focused on the current moment, rather than dwelling on past experiences or worrying about the future.”

6. Booty Burn

If you want a booty like Brooke, do glute work. “When I first started doing my BOOTY BURN 🔥 I was using a 3 lb weight, today I’m using 8 to 10 lb weights and on some days I add a light ankle weights.
