Brooke Monk is recreating the Saltburn dance – in her sweatshirt. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her impressive moves, dancing to Sophie Ellis-Bextor's 2001 pop hit, "Murder on the Dancefloor." She wrote on the Instagram video: “How you feel when you have a new crush.” How does the 21-year-old approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Hiking
Brooke enjoys outdoor exercise, like hiking. “Morning hikes are fun,” she captioned an Instagram post. Hiking “is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” according to the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
2. Tennis
Brooke plays tennis, a great workout says ACE Fitness. It blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and also improves hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
3. Self-Esteem
Brooke “definitely” reads comments fro her haters, but doesn’t allow the negativity to define her. “I used to respond a lot more and then after a while, you realize that it isn't worth it. There are so many more positive comments than negative ones,” she told The Teen Magazine. So sometimes I get particularly frustrated, and I'll type out a long response, but then I remind myself, ‘Just put your phone down! Come back in 10 minutes and let it go, it's not worth it.’ Usually, I'm the bigger person! But some days... I'm like ‘You know what, you're going to get it today!’”

Brooke, who was raised in a conservative Christian family, often mentions the bible in her posts. Her Instagram profile quotes 1 Corinthians 13: 1-7: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.”
5. Dancing
In her recent video, Brooke demonstrates her go-to form of fitness, dancing, which is a surprisingly good workout. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
