She Believes In Portion Control

Brooks doesn’t believe in completely cutting out certain foods. Instead, she opts to eat smaller portions of her cravings. “If I want a sweet, I’ll just have portion control and have a little bit of a cupcake, instead of four cupcakes,” Brooks explained to FOX News. “I think that you can totally drive yourself crazy if you go on insane diets for long periods of time. You’re just going to crack. It’s taken me a while to just do everything in moderation — try and eat healthy as much as you can.”

She Boxes

One thing Brooks likes to do to keep herself in shape is box. She talked about this in an interview with Bare Necessities. “Boxing is my workout of choice. I’m surrounded by extremely supportive, grounding people, and I don’t let any of the frilly stuff get in the way or go to my head.”

She Works With A Trainer

Brooks stays motivated to workout. One way she does so is by working out with a trainer and having great people in her life. “I’ve been training with Rob [Piela] at Gotham Gym since I moved to NYC,” she says to The Daily Mail. “I think the people I surround myself with are super motivating and that keeps me on the right track, that’s very key in staying focused and motivated in all areas of life!”

4

She’s Consistent

Brooks makes sure to exercise on a regular basis. “I always dread going,” she admits to The Daily Mail. “But once it’s over I feel amazing! I’ve gotten more into working out since I started modeling, it’s a great way to relieve stress. If I’ve had a long day, I just punch it out in the boxing ring.”

She Uses A Vitamin C Serum

Brooks has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite products in an interview with The Daily Mail. One thing Brooks uses on her face is a vitamin C serum. “As part of my daily skincare routine, I use the IS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advance, which is like a vitamin C serum that has brightening ingredients, so I typically apply this before I put my moisturizer on.”
