She Loves Salads

Brooks makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared what she typically eats in a day in an interview with SI Swimsuit. Brooks typically goes with a salad for a healthy lunch option, and she has a favorite recipe. “Lunch typically consists of a salad or sandwich. For my salad, I usually create my own from Sweetgreen or Chop’t [in NYC] with kale, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, bell peppers and balsamic dressing.”

She Loves Rice Bowls

One healthy dinner option that Brooks likes eating is rice bowls. She shared her favorite recipe in her SI Swimsuit interview. “I love having a rice bowl, sushi or pasta for dinner. The rice bowl I usually get from Cava, and it comes with white rice, crazy feta, chicken, onions, tomatoes and spicy peppers.”

She Believes In Moderation

Brooks makes sure to eat healthy, but that doesn’t mean she cuts out all her favorite unhealthier options. She tells Fox News that she practices moderation. “I think that you can totally drive yourself crazy if you go on insane diets for long periods of time. You’re just going to crack. It’s taken me a while to just do everything in moderation — try to eat healthy as much as you can.”

4

She Boxes

Brooks shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with DailyMail. “I love boxing,” she says. “I’ve been training with Rob [Piela] at Gotham Gym since I moved to NYC and I’ve found it really helps strengthen, tone me and help keep my endorphins going which is my main goal. I always dread going but once it’s over I feel amazing!”

She’s Making Exercise More Of A Priority

Since she’s a swimsuit model, Brooks has to keep herself in shape on a regular basis. She tells DailyMail that being a model has made her prioritize exercise in her life. “I’ve gotten more into working out since I started modeling. It’s a great way to relieve stress. If I’ve had a long day, I just punch it out in the boxing ring.”
