Bruna Luccas is ready to sweat – in her workout onesie. In a new social media post, the influencer and model flaunts her famous assets in an exercise outfit with a plunging neckline. “Jaja just kidding,” she captioned the Instagram clip. “Gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. “Beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Loves Food or She Eats A Lot or She Doesn't Diet ?

Bruna eats a lot. "People don't believe that I can eat eight slices of pizza," she told Cosmo. She eats out regularly, with the exception of breakfast (Great Grains cereal and milk and a banana.) An average post-workout meal would be tilapia in taco form with chips and salsa. Four times a week, she will have pizza, a burger and fries, or fish tacos with chips and salsa. Other staples include rice and beans, and meats like beef. “I don’t do diets — I eat like any other person,” she says. "I love ice cream!"

Bruna told Cosmopolitan that she is a jiu-jitsu green belt.

Her Workout Routine

Luccas hits the gym early in the morning or late at night, alternating between upper and lower-body workouts. She warms up on the stair-stepper. She also religiously does a four-squat series holding a barbell she loads with two 20-pound plates. It includes three sets of 15 reps of a narrow squat, feet together, a wide squat, feet about hips-distance apar, a sumo squat, her feet extra wide and toes pointed outward, and a narrow squat pulse.

Focus On Your Own Body or Do Whatever Makes You Happy ?

Bruna understands that every body is different and what works for one person might not work for another. "I only know what’s good for my body," she says of her healthy habits. "Girls should focus on their own bodies. You should do whatever makes you happy."

Strength Training

Bruna hits the gym for hardcore workouts. “I’ve always had good genetics, but sports and the gym definitely helped me get in shape,” she told Cosmo, revealing that she started hitting the gym at 15 when she'd model her mom’s full-body fitness routine. “It made me feel so good about myself."

Bruna Lima is a model and influencer who shares a lot of workout videos on her Instagram. Last month, she shared some of her workout secrets. In it, Lima is seen doing squats, using weights, drinking water, and taking supplements. Lima captioned the post, “Working out effectively @keforma_america for all my supplements

1. She’s Consistent

Lima shared her secrets for losing the weight after pregnancy in this Instagram post. She says that being consistent and prioritizing exercise is her main secret. Lima captioned the post, “Give yourself grace. Give yourself time 💪🏼11 months and I’m finally starting to notice changes. It takes a lot of consistency, following a structured workout plan, and proper nutrition. Make yourself a priority.” because quality matters 🙏🏼😏” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bruna Lima stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

2. She Strength Trains

Lima likes to strength train to stay fit. In the Instagram post, she’s seen using different weights. The Mayo Clinic reports that strength training can help with weight loss and muscle building. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls.”

3. She Does Squats

As you can see from her post, Lima likes to do squats to stay in shape. She is also seen doing them in this post. Piedmont states that squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

4. She Does Core Workouts

Lima has an amazing set of abs. This means she does a lot of core workouts. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, Lima is seen holding herself up on her hands and brings her knees into her core, dips from the same position, and touches her toes to the ground. Lima captioned the post, “The truth is recovering from pregnancy is way harder than I anticipated. These are the moves that helped restore my core. Try each move for a minute & repeat 3x.”

5. She Drinks Water

As you can see from the highlighted Instagram post, Lima makes sure to stay hydrated. According to Harvard Health, this has a lot of benefits. “Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood. Experts recommend drinking roughly 11 cups of water per day for the average woman and 16 for men. And not all of those cups have to come from plain water; for example, some can come from water flavored with fruit or vegetables (lemons, berries, or orange or cucumber slices), or from coffee or tea.”

Yasmin Brunet is a model and entrepreneur with more than 7 million followers on Instagram. Why so popular? She’s fit and shows you how. “Another day, another workout,” she captioned one recent post, where she can be seen sparring with a coach. How else does the 36-year-old stay so strong? Read on for her wellness habits that you can adopt, too.

1. She Loves Her Pooch

Brunet is seen smooching a pooch in one video. “One notable benefit is that dogs force you to get up and move. One research study found that dog owners are more likely to report regular physical activity than people who don't own dogs. Activities associated with dog ownership, like feeding, grooming, playing and letting them outside, all increase physical activity levels. Physical activity improves blood flow, induces muscle contraction and reduces joint stiffness,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Uses Battle Ropes

“Battle Rope training allows for safe and effective ways to train force production in all three planes of motion, as an integral part of any well-rounded strength and conditioning program,” says NASM. If you are looking for a tool that recruits multiple core musculature in movements, then the Battle Rope is that tool. High to moderate levels of activation have been found in obliques, erector spinae, and gluteus medius (Calatayud, 2015).”

3. She Does Squats With Kettlebells

Beautiful,Blonde,Sports,Girl,In,Sexy,Fancy,Sports,Clothes,SquattingShutterstock

“Kettlebell training is a flexible and useful strategy for improving players' performance in a variety of sports. It adds value to athlete training programs by enhancing strength, power, endurance, explosive power, and postural coordination,” says one study.

4. She Does Crunches

Yasmin BrunetYasmin Brunet/Instagram

Before boxing, Brunet does some light crunches on an stability ball. To get set up, “sit on a properly inflated stability ball (one that compresses approximately 6" under your body weight) with your feet flat on the floor. Slowly lean backwards while walking yourself out along the ball until your shoulders, back and tailbone make contact on the ball. Adjust your leg position to create a 90 degree bend at the knees with your thighs parallel to the floor and positioned hip-width apart, and feet facing forward with your weight distributed evenly through your feet. Your mid-back should be positioned on the top of the ball (at 12 o'clock) and your hips should be positioned at 2 o'clock,” says ACE Fitness.

5. She Boxes

“The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

Luisa Zissman isn’t afraid to challenge herself when it comes to her workouts, even after injuring her back in March. Zissman, 37, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a gray sports bra, doing some exercises with a personal trainer. “Still winning 🙌🏻😝,” she captioned the video. “I think I’ve recovered so well because I really did take my time - I still have weekly physio + weekly sports massages & I was really fit & strong before the injury, I have a really strong core which I think also has helped. BUT I still get some niggles & have to really listen to my body now. ❤️❤️ my neuro surgeon is literally my hero! 😍😍,” she commented in response to a fan. Zissman is a self-made woman who is only going from strength to strength career-wise—here’s how she stays fit and happy.

Workout Routine

Zissman works out for both mental and physical benefits, including Pilates, yoga, and strength training into her routine. "I'm probably the fittest now than I've ever been in my adult life, but that's because I do prioritise it and I'm in a good routine,” she told Closer. “That's what I try and say to people, 'It only takes three weeks, apparently, to start a new habit'. So if you focus on it and then you get into that habit and realise how food makes you feel and how rewarding a routine is, then you will find your flow."

Ab Exercises

Zissman focuses on her core when she’s horseback riding and working out. “ I do focus on my abs because I find ab workouts easy,” she told Closer. “I also don't eat processed food and I don't eat a lot of fat. I think really, if you want to see abs pop you do need to have relatively lean body fat. But I enjoy doing abs, I love hanging and lifting my legs up. I've got a broken ankle at the minute and I was still in the gym today hanging and lifting my legs up. It was really heavy because I've got a boot on!"

Epsom Salt Baths

Zissman swears by hot baths for rest and recovery. "When I'm really cold and I've been riding, I'll get in a bubble bath,” she told HeatWorld. “I always use this Tropic Tahitian & Coconut Bath Foam and Epsom Salts because I always have muscle aches and pain because I work out so much.”

Building Her Brand

Zissman took a chance when she appeared on The Apprentice UK. “I applied for The Apprentice because I had the business and my husband at the time was involved. We were going through an amicable break-up, but I wanted to do something on my own,” she told Absolutely Magazines. “I thought, I’m just going to give it a whirl. I didn’t necessarily want to be business partners with Alan Sugar, but I wanted to branch out on my own. It taught me that I was better than I thought I was. I never thought I’d get into the final, so it was a big confidence boost and it taught me that a lot is possible – if you really want something then you most definitely can do it.”

Obsessed With Horses

Zissman loves horse riding in the countryside around her home. “I’ve lived in St Albans, I’m currently living in a village just outside of Potters Bar, and I’m moving soon to Bishop’s Stortford so I’ve covered the whole of Hertfordshire,” she told Absolutely Magazines. “I really loved St Albans, it’s such a beautiful place with a real buzz, but I love the villages and community feel too. I’ve got seven horses and I love riding around all the rural areas, but I like that you can still go to places like Bishop’s Stortford for a great night out.”

Amanda Tress is a very successful fitness trainer. She recently announced her new 2025 program on Instagram. Tress captioned the post, “Did someone say ADVANCED workouts for 2025?! For those of you who are straight up ATHLETES because you have been crushing the FWTFL for years… we will have an ADVANCED workout track for you starting January 6! It’s about to get 👑🔥🚀”

She Does Burpees

Tress shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. As a part of her 12 Days of Fitmas series, she shared a different workout each day on her page. In this video, Tress is seen doing burpees. The Cleveland Clinic states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body, says exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT.”

She Does Squats

Another exercise Tress did in her 12 Days of Fitmas series is squats. According to Piedmont, squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Doesn't't Weigh Herself

In the caption of this Instagram post, Tress revealed that she doesn’t weigh herself or own a scale. “Why I don’t own a scale. I threw away my scale over a decade ago and I don’t often talk about why. I even banned ‘weigh ins’ through the FASTer Way when I first launched it because I feel so strongly that daily weigh-ins are not a good representation of progress and, in fact, can be a de-motivator. Over time, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t found in numbers on a scale. Instead, I track my health and fitness through things that actually matter to me: 💪🏻Getting stronger in my lifts and seeing muscle definition develop 👕 How my clothes fit and feel ⚡ My daily energy levels 😴 Quality of sleep 🧘♀️ How my body feels - no bloating, moving well. Daily weigh-ins used to be demotivating and didn’t reflect the real progress I was making in strength and overall health. Plus the scale can’t measure confidence, strength, or how great it feels to crush a workout.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tress likes to do deadlifts to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in this workout video on Instagram. Tress captioned it, “I tweaked my back doing deadlifts 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 We shall see how this pans out trying to lug 5 kids around this weekend. 😝 I worked around it and still got in a great workout. Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!!!”

She Does Lunges

Tress shared some more of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video with a friend. One exercise she is seen doing in it is lunges. Tress captioned the post, “Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!! Oh my word. My legs are smoked. 🙌🏻👑🎄PS Emma is the best workout buddy and she’s getting so strong.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
