Call Her Daddy podcaster Alexandra Cooper is celebrating another milestone, by sharing swimsuit photos. “Still can’t believe I’m on the cover of @cosmopolitan officially in stores now go buy my issue 🥹👏❤️,” she captioned the set. How does she stay fit? Read on for her essential advice.

1. She Swims

Cooper posts pics of herself in bathing suits, relaxing in the water. Swimming two and a half hours per week can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses, improve the health of people with diabetes and heart disease and halve the risk of death compared with inactive people, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

2. She Travels

Cooper shares photos of herself traveling to different places around the world. Travel benefits emotional, mental and physical health, according to the Yale University Tribune.

3. She Eats Pasta

Cooper eats favorite foods such as pasta while traveling. He also loves hot dogs and french fries. Pasta, a staple in many diets, offers various health benefits when consumed in moderation. It's a good source of carbohydrates, essential for energy, and often enriched with vital nutrients like fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Whole-grain pasta, in particular, supports digestive health and helps in maintaining steady blood sugar levels.

4. She Works Out

2023 Time100 NextTaylor Hill/FilmMagic

Cooper has a fitness routine and works out on a regular basis. Regular physical activity can improve muscle strength and boost endurance, according to the Mayo Clinic. Regular workouts yield a multitude of benefits for both physical and mental health. Physically, exercise strengthens muscles, enhances cardiovascular health, and aids in maintaining a healthy weight. It boosts endurance and improves overall bodily functions, including better metabolic rates and immune system performance. Mentally, working out is a potent stress reliever, releasing endorphins that elevate mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. It also enhances cognitive function, including memory and concentration.

5. She Drinks Wine

Cooper will drink a glass of wine while relaxing in the evening. Antioxidants in red wine called polyphenols may help protect the lining of blood vessels in the heart, according to the Mayo Clinic.

1. She’s Happy to Be Where She Is

Demi's approach to life? "It's about embracing and no longer looking for what's wrong and really being in acceptance of everything. Gravity is going in directions that I'm not so fond of. I can look in the mirror occasionally and say 'you're lying, I don't look like that.' but the reality is the comfort I feel in my skin is the greatest gift. I wouldn't trade it. I'm just happy to be where I am," she told InStyle.

2. She Knows Things Change

Celebration Of Women In Cinema Gala Hosted By The Red Sea Film Festival - The 78th Venice International Film FestivalDaniele Venturelli/Getty Images

“Things do change,” Demi told W Magazine not too long ago. “The biggest difference, I think, is that I’m not in nearly as good shape physically as I have been before, and I have skin going in a direction that I would prefer it not go. There are things that just come with getting older. But I think my big mantra for this year is about acceptance. I was reading this book that was written around 1919, if I am remembering correctly, and it was very of its day. It was discussing all the ‘female’ concerns. There were some horrific suggestions on how to take care of yourself, including putting some kind of acid on your skin. But there was one thing I took away, because I think it’s true—the author said not to frown because at a certain point it will stick. And what speaks to me here is that I do believe that when we hold upset, anger, hurt, pain or bitterness, it ages us and we wear it. That isn’t to say we are always going to feel happy. But it’s important not to hold on to things.”

3. She Was Once a Workout Obsessive

Harper's Bazaar Exhibtion At Musee Des Arts Decoratifs In ParisPascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

When getting ready for certain revealing scenes in movies, “I cut out carbs, I ran, and I biked, and I worked out on every machine imaginable. I didn’t feel like I could stop exercising,” she wrote in her book. “It was my job to fit into that unforgiving military uniform I’d be wearing in two months in A Few Good Men. Getting in shape for that movie launched the obsession with working out that would consume me over the next five years. I never dared let up.”

4. She’s Used the Mirror

Tom Ford AW20 Show - ArrivalsMike Coppola/FilmMagic

Now Demi is more likely to use the Mirror, the workout device that is an actual mirror on your wall, with built-in videos that play on it. "15 min at level 1 that’s doable … right? I am stalling!" Demi wrote once in a post. "This is going to be my next jam. Okay, here I go, wish me luck."

5. She Loves Andie Swimwear

"Demi was an early investor," Andie's founder and CEO, Melanie Travis, told InStyle. "We've always talked about what would make sense to do together, and then back in December of 2020 — in anticipation of a successful vaccine rollout and then what would hopefully be a great summer of friends and family, being able to travel, and get together again, across the United States — we felt like this could be the perfect summer to do a campaign together."

Jessica Cediel, the Colombian TV presenter and model, just posted a brand new video to Instagram, and she's her usual wink-wink self. Cediel posed in front of a mirror in a pink bathing suit, in the classic selfie position. She captioned the video, “I know it's not time to call but I saw you online.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Uses Hand Weights

In this Instagram video, Cediel revealed some of her favorite workouts to her followers. In the video, she is seen doing lateral lifts, and dancing with the weights in her hands. She humorously captioned the video, “Who else gets confused exercising? Train, sing, dance, smile, repeat.” Here’s a quick handweight exercise from personal trainer Mark Langowski:

1 leg deadlift into biceps curl and shoulder press.

Men; use 12-20lb db’s, Women Use 5-10lb db’s.

“Grasp a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing inward. Standing on one leg, tilt at the waist, keeping your back from rounding, and lower your chest toward the floor until your back is parallel to the ground. Exhale as you slowly come up and, at the top of movement, curl the weights up to your shoulders, then press them overhead. Do 8 repetitions for each leg.”

2. She Swims

Cediel likes to go swimming. In fact, she recently received the exciting opportunity to go swimming with dolphins in Cabo San Lucas. She posted this photo and this video on Instagram of herself interacting with the dolphins in the water. “Water is significantly denser than air — by almost 800 times. That means you can build muscle strength as you move through water. One study found that a long-term water exercise program was actually more effective than working out on land to build muscle strength,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Catches Some Rays

Twn minutes of sun can be good for you each day because it provides vitamin D. “Vitamin D is a nutrient your body needs for building and maintaining healthy bones,” says the Mayo Clinic. “That's because your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity.”

4. Love Yourself, She Urges

“Each of us has different purposes. Love yourself, respect yourself, value yourself and treat yourself as a priority. Don’t compare yourself. FOCUS ON YOU. Sow today so that tomorrow you will reap the fruits of your effort. Change your mentality, start the transformation from the inside and you will see how you reflect it outside,” she once captioned a post.

5. She Loves Her Father

“Today I am super emotional and I think that now I am finally going to talk about this thing that many of you have asked me about, my dad,” she said on air in 2021. He has Parkinson’s. “My dad has a lot of fans around here, I love him, he’s the best dad in the world….I think that many people who have a family member with special health conditions will understand me, I wanted to comment on this, until today I feel like sharing it and telling them that they definitely love their relatives, love their parents, children, cousins, someone who has a special health condition.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

Bianca Bustamante at the gym.

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
