1. She Eats Healthy On Plane Trips

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Bure shared some of her wellness secrets. Since she does a lot of traveling, she makes sure to eat healthy on the plane rides. “I planned ahead, so I wouldn’t need to eat plane food, although I snacked on a banana and drank lots of water during the six-hour flight. When I fly, I always drink a ton of water — no alcohol — and limit my food intake, which makes me feel best when I land. Otherwise, my body reacts to salty food and alcohol by puffing up immediately.
2. She Loves Salad

Bure shared some of her favorite meals with Cosmopolitan. She says that she likes to order salads from restaurants for lunch. “Today, it was a kale salad with edamame, quinoa, and veggies, dressed with lemon and olive oil from Juice Press. I almost always order a salad, just mix it up with different restaurants and ingredients — sometimes sweet potatoes and steamed vegetables.”
3. She Works With A Trainer

Bure works with trainer, Kira Stokes, to help her stay in shape. “When I work out with Kira, sessions can run up to two hours,” Bure told Cosmopolitan. “She always incorporates a unique combination of functional movements, resistance training, and cardiovascular conditioning, using free weights, body weight, gliders, and portable equipment like jump rope, resistance bands, BOSU, and weighted balls.”
4. She Works Out For Her Mental Health

For Bure, exercising is a way to help with her mental health and wellbeing. "Just sweating that out and all those endorphins really help me a lot,” she explained to Prevention. “I notice a huge difference when I don’t exercise, how much it can affect me mentally and kind of deal with depression. That's why I keep going. There are a lot of benefits I get. My mind is most important, and exercise definitely helps that."
5. She Jumps Rope
One thing Bure likes to do to stay in shape is jump rope. She shared this video on Instagram of herself jumping rope. Bure captioned the post, “First, whips hurt. Second, this is the first time doing 12 double-unders in a row. Whoo Hoo! Does a jump in between still make it count? Just say YES 👍🏼! I’m learning 😜. #jumprope - P.S. some people have said my rope is too long, however I ordered a rope for exactly my height. When I stand on it, it comes just underneath my armpit- which is where it should land. Still think it’s too long?”
