Candace Cameron Bure is open about her fitness routine. She and her trainer, Kira Stokes, share a lot of posts together on Instagram. Candace recently celebrated National Fitness Day by sharing a lot of her favorite workouts on her account. In them, it she is seen doing things like going for a bike ride, lifting weights, and hiking. She and Kira are also seen showing off their gymnastics skills in the post by doing matching handstands. Candace wore a lot of different workout clothes, looking stunning. Working with Kira is one of the main things that keeps Candace in shape. She Lifts Weights
Candace does a lot of workouts with weights to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram post, she included a video of herself doing Bulgarian split squats with a weight. She also included a mirror selfie with a dumbbell in her hand. Candace also posted this video of herself doing different strength training exercises, including tricep rows. She Bikes
Another thing that Candace does to keep herself in shape is going for bike rides. She included a video of herself on a ride in her recent Instagram post. According to research from Harvard Health, going for bike rides has a lot of benefits. "Health benefits include improved cardiovascular fitness, stronger muscles, greater coordination and general mobility, and reduced body fat. As with other types of exercise, it can also help improve mental health by lowering stress levels and stimulating feel-good endorphins."
She Skates
Candace loves being on wheels, and that includes going skating. She recently posted this video on Instagram of herself rollerskating. She Loves Hummus & Veggies As A Snack
Candace makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She broke down a week's worth of food in an interview with Cosmopolitan. Candace shared one of her go-to pre-workout snacks in the interview. "Before my workout, I ate about 3 tablespoons of Sabra hummus with raw veggies. The hummus is a guestimate — I don't actually measure any of my food."
