She Uses Weights
In order to keep her figure looking good, Candice does a lot of workouts with weights. "My goals when working out are to build on my foundation," she said in her New Beauty interview. "I am naturally extremely thin, so I need to add weights to keep my curves, which is how I feel my best and most beautiful. I don't overdo it, as I like to keep a natural feminine figure. Thirty minutes a day, four times a week does the trick for meโif I can be consistent. Which is not always the case."

She Eats Healthy Foods
Candice broke down her typical diet in her U Beauty interview. "I love homecooked meals," Candice says. "We usually have rice and beans in the fridge for everyday; a very Brazilian meal, with a protein, vegetables, and salad. Then at dinner, I enjoy sushi or Italian food." Candice also says that she focuses on eating healthy, and doesn't restrict herself too much. "I eat whatever my body needs or craves. I have to eat a lot to maintain my weight, so I'm lucky I can eat anything, but I do focus on foods that make me feel good and give me more energy."

She Loves Smoothies
In the mornings, Candice typically makes a healthy smoothie. She shared her favorite recipe with The Cut. "It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I've always loved nutrition and because I've worked out for so many years, I've figured out what's best for my body and keeping my energy up. It's evolved from that."

She Does A Yoga Inspired Workout
Candice loves doing yoga to keep herself in shape. However, she revealed to The Cut that she has her own twist on the workout. "It's not traditional yoga, but I put on some music and mix in some Pilates and squat resistance stuff I've learned over the years," she says. "I can meditate through it and get some flow with some music. It's a little ritual for me. I do it every time I feel overwhelmed and stressed โ I try at least twice a week. How often I do it depends on if I get my baby down or not."
