@iamcardib

Hey yall …..A glimse of a regular day as BELCALIS and not CARDI B!!

Cardi B shared her workout secrets on TikTok. She says that she is working on building her flexibility. "I've been working out lately for two hours a day and then I stretch for an hour. I want to be able to be as flexible as I was before I had my son, but my real goal is I want to be as stretchable and flexible as I was when I was a stripper. But you can't build Rome in a day."

2. "That's why you gotta work it out."

Cardi B is open about having had liposuction, however, she still manages to workout regularly. She explained why in her TikTok. “There's this thing called visceral fat, and visceral fat is the fat that surrounds your organs that you cannot lipo. Sometimes girls with lipo will have a snatched waist with a gut, and they're not working out their visceral fat, they just keep eating and eating; your waist is small, but they still got a belly. That's why you gotta work it out."

3. She Weight Trains

In her TikTok, Cardi B is seen doing a lot of strength training. She is seen doing deadlifts and using battle ropes, dumbbells, and weighted balls. The Mayo Clinic reports that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age.”

4. She Does Wall Sits

Cardi loves to do wall sits to stay in shape. In her TikTok, she is seen doing the exercise with a weighted ball. NASM.org states that wall sits are a great way to stay in shape. “Wall sits increase muscular endurance and joint stabilization in a squat position. They work the quads (no question there), the glutes, the calves, and the core (especially as you focus on good posture in this position!).”

5. She Does Squats

In her TikTok, Cardi B and her trainer are seen doing squats as a way to warm up. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, told Piedmont that squats are very beneficial. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscles groups. When you perform a squat, you’re working your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

6. She Dances

Cardi B does a lot of intense choreography in her videos and live performances. Harvard Health states that dance has a lot of health benefits. “Physiologic studies have demonstrated that regular activity builds muscle and bone, reduces fat, increases aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure, and improves the ratio of ‘good’ to ‘bad’ cholesterol. Dance has been shown to have all the benefits of other forms of exercise.”
