In her recent caption, Olholm revealed that she doesn't get discouraged with her results in the gym. Instead, she focuses on the positives. "I was feeling disappointed that my Deadlift 1RM test today wasn't as close to my PR as I would have liked it. But considering the majority of my training has been focused elsewhere, this is probably realistic with where my top end strength is right now."

She Does Full-Body Workouts[

Olholm makes sure to do full-body workouts. She shared this video of herself doing a full-body conditioning workouts. Olholm is seen doing lunges, wall balls, jumping rope, and other workouts. She Does Handstand Workouts

Olholm likes to do handstand workouts. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a handstand. Olholm shared her tips for improving them in the caption. "If your goal is to handstand walk, then you need to start incorporating these exercises. Technique is one thing, a lot of practice is another, but without the strength to shift your body weight from side to side and be able to support yourself with one arm only, you won't get very far. So start with the Box L-Handstand Hold and work your way up, ensuring your hands are stacked underneath your hips."

She Eats Healthy

Olholm makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared her favorite smoothie recipe in the caption of this Instagram reel. "A guide to building your smoothie: Start with a liquid base ➡️ coconut water. Add protein ➡️ Naked Harvest Vanilla Protein Powder. Add carbohydrate ➡️ frozen banana. Add healthy fat ➡️ avocado (makes it so creamy 🤤). Add colour ➡️ frozen mixed berries. Add evidence based supplement/s ➡️ Naked Harvest Marine Collagen + Creatine."

She Doesn't Underfuel Herself

While Olholm makes sure to eat healthy, she doesn't underfuel herself, especially when working out. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram post, "When I started lifting about 10 years ago, the health and fitness industry was in the peak of its clean eating/skinny/pasta is bad era. Even with my wealth of nutritional knowledge, I still found it hard to go against the glorification of this mentality. I was so fixated on eating high voluminous, low calorie/carb 'clean' and 'healthy' foods that I was severely underfuelling my body and restricting my ability to perform and progress in my training."
