"If your goal is to handstand walk, then you need to start incorporating these exercises. Technique is one thing, a lot of practice is another, but without the strength to shift your body weight from side to side and be able to support yourself with one arm only, you won't get very far. So start with the Box L-Handstand Hold and work your way up, ensuring your hands are stacked underneath your hips."

She Eats Healthy

Olholm makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared her favorite smoothie recipe in the caption of this Instagram reel. "A guide to building your smoothie: Start with a liquid base ➡️ coconut water. Add protein ➡️ Naked Harvest Vanilla Protein Powder. Add carbohydrate ➡️ frozen banana. Add healthy fat ➡️ avocado (makes it so creamy 🤤). Add colour ➡️ frozen mixed berries. Add evidence based supplement/s ➡️ Naked Harvest Marine Collagen + Creatine."

She Doesn't Underfuel Herself

While Olholm makes sure to eat healthy, she doesn't underfuel herself, especially when working out. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram post, "When I started lifting about 10 years ago, the health and fitness industry was in the peak of its clean eating/skinny/pasta is bad era. Even with my wealth of nutritional knowledge, I still found it hard to go against the glorification of this mentality. I was so fixated on eating high voluminous, low calorie/carb 'clean' and 'healthy' foods that I was severely underfuelling my body and restricting my ability to perform and progress in my training."
