Kamie Crawford is heating up Greece in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Catfish star shows off her swerving curves in a bathing suit while vacationing in Mykonos. “Highly recommend the grapes here,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “And to think, she is as phenomenal of a human as she is stunning… Bravo,” commented one of her followers. “Wow,” added another, along with fire emojis. How does the former beauty queen maintain her gorgeous figure? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.
1. Coffee

“My day doesn’t start until I’m well caffeinated,” Crawford told Us Magazine. Her go-to order? “A grande iced matcha latte with almond milk, two scoops matcha powder, two pumps of chai and an espresso shot.”
2. Exercise

Kamie wakes up and hits the gym. “My trainer, Six, transformed my body and my life!” she told Us. “But don’t get it twisted — I still hate sweating.” Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
3. Wine

Kamie enjoys a glass of wine in the evening. “Literally wine-ding down is my favorite thing to do after a full day.” “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.” While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.
4. No Extreme Diets

During her beauty queen years Kamie went on extreme diets. “I dropped from [size] six or a four to a zero. I got so much flak because next to [someone who is] naturally a size zero I am going to look bigger — because I’m not supposed to be a size zero.” After that, she refuses to restrict herself. “I’ll never put my body through that ever again,” she told the NY Post.
5. Sleep

Kamie gets plenty of rest. “I like to sleep as much as I can. I try to wake up around 9am and get my day started,” she told XO Necole. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
6. Self-Care
Kamie has a few forms of me time. “SoulCycle is my self-care. I also just started boxing which is awesome, but outside of fitness I love to just detach,” she told XO Necole. “If I'm feeling stressed, I'll take a few hours and just be with myself and my own thoughts. I don't answer anyone's emails or calls and I regroup,” she added. “A scalding hot shower, a glass of wine and some great Chinese food usually does the trick for me!”
