She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Catherine is known for her dark locks, and shared her secrets behind maintaining them with Glamour. “My hair is dry and actually quite fine, but there’s lots of it, so I use Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil on the ends. And if I’m not working, I try to avoid the hair dryer or heat because when I’m working it takes a bit of a beating. There’s nothing worse than lots of hair that’s not in good condition.”

Catherine makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared what she typically eats in a day in a YouTube interview with Harper’s Bazaar. One of Catherine’s go-to breakfasts is porridge. According to The British Heart Foundation, porridge has a lot of health benefits. “Regardless of the type, shape or size, all porridge oats are wholegrains and contain a soluble fibre called beta-glucan, which can help lower your cholesterol levels if you have 3g or more of it daily, as part of a healthy diet. Oats are also considered a high-fibre food, and according to research, eating plenty of fibre is linked with a wide range of health benefits, including a lower risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.”
