Haley and Hanna Cavinder are moving back to Miami – in their workout gear. In a new social media post the Cavinder Twins show off her their amazing bodies as they pack up their stuff and hop on a flight back to Florida. “travel with us to move to miami 🫶🧡💚,” they captioned the Instagram video shared to their joint account. How do the athletes approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about their lifestyle habits.

1. Daily Affirmations

In a YouTube video detailing their health habits, the blondes reveal their days start with “no screen time,” “God’s word,” and devotionals, which are a key part of their mental health. “I showed you guys like daily affirmations. I got a whole bunch of stuff like that for Christmas from Hailey and other people. So that's number one is what we try to do in the morning. It's less screen time.”

2. Hydration

The girls also “drink water by itself” in the morning. They “chug water right when we wake up,” and focus on hydrating throughout the day. The Mayo Clinic explains that water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

3. Protein

Hanna and Haley focus their diets around “good protein.” The girls add protein powder into pancakes and oatmeal, which not only tastes great but fuels them up. They also prioritize veggies and carbs, “to focus on things that make our body feel good on the court, off the court and just overall throughout our whole life.” According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

4. 10,000 Steps Per Day

“Another healthy habit that we try to do, even after a game, after anything, is to get a workout in get your body moving. Like I just love to move my body even like on an active rest day,” the girls revealed. “I always try to get my 10,000 steps. It's not only good like physically but mentally. Like it's something that's really important. And I think like even just going outside, like moving, seeing the sunlight, like seeing the sunlight, like it just like helps and brings serotonin into your life.” A 2018 study published in the journal Obesity found a link between walking 10,000 steps a day and weight loss and weight management. Other studies published by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) in JAMA Neurology and in JAMA Internal Medicine also linked walking 10,000 steps a day to less dementia and less cardiovascular disease overall, with less heart disease, less heart failure and fewer strokes.

5. Hard Core Ab Workouts

Haley and Hanna do a “killer ab workout, completing 2-3 rounds of the following exercises.

  1. Standing Overhead Marches = 10 EL
  2. Weighted Russian Twists = 15 each way
  3. Leg lifts= 20 total
  4. Weighted dead bug = 10 EL
  5. Weight Hollow Hold = 30 sec
  6. Hollow Hold = 30 sec
  7. Reverse Plank to chest = 10 each leg

Cavinder Twins Haley and Hanna are stoking plenty of interest in their upcoming 6-week fitness program—they clearly know they are the best advertisement for their brand! The 23-year-old former college basketball stars shared a video of themselves wearing a variety of different workout outfits, using heavy weights and resistance equipment to work on their lower bodies. “Mondays are 4 the GLUTESS. Make sure to join the waitlist in our bio for our 6 week program launching soon 🫶🏋️‍♀️💞” they captioned the post. “Slay bestie twinsies,” a fan commented. Here’s how the sisters eat, train, and live their best lives.

1. Staying Grounded

The twins are careful to focus on the important things in life. “I think that in the space of social media, there's a lot of things that are temporary that can fill your cup and make you feel empty,” Haley told GQ. “Those are all temporary things. I get stuck in it too! The lights, the following, the comparison. But I like to think of what keeps me grounded, fills my cup. And that's going on my walks in my morning, my devotional, fitness, getting my workouts in. That fills my cup.”

2. Hot Girl Walks

The twins love walking as much as possible. “We love our hot girl walks, we love trying different locations,' Hanna said on social media. “This is kind of our time to just unwind, figure out what our plan is for the day, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Florida.”

3. Weight Training Gym Sessions

The twins do weight training workouts at the gym to achieve their strong, toned physiques. One recent study shows that women who strength train two to three times a week are likely to live longer. "What surprised us the most was the fact that women who do muscle strengthening had a reduction in their cardiovascular mortality by 30%," study author Martha Gulati, director of preventive cardiology at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles, tells NPR. "We don't have many things that reduce mortality in that way."

4. Breakfast Oats

CavinderCavinder Twins/Instagram

The twins enjoy protein-packed oats and blueberries for a healthy breakfast. “Eating oatmeal regularly can have weight management benefits as a half-cup of rolled oats cooked in a cup of water has 165 calories, 4 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein,” Romi Londre, RDN, CD, tells the Mayo Clinic. “The fiber and protein content contribute to feeling full longer and a slower blood glucose release. Oats also are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, copper, thiamine and zinc.”

5. Lots and Lots of Protein

The twins make sure to get plenty of protein every day to fuel their workouts. “Post-workout protein intake, along with adequate consumption of protein throughout the day, is important for repairing, building and maintaining lean muscle mass when used in combination with physical activity and when cutting calories while dieting,” say the experts at Ace Fitness. “Research also shows that maintaining appropriate protein intake when cutting calories as part of a weight-loss diet preserves muscle mass rather than the body breaking down muscles for energy.”

2. Hailey Loves Pilates

Hailey talked about the workout in 2019 during an interview with Vogue. “I really like doing hot Pilates,” she said. “There’s a great place in LA that was started by a girl named Shannon Nadj. It’s 45 to 50 minutes of straight-up sweating and I come out looking like a drenched tomato. I used to be a dancer, so the reason I like Pilates is because it’s very similar body strength.”

3. You Can Take Their Classes On Demand

Even if you don’t live in Los Angeles or can’t afford to pay $40 per class, Hot Pilates also offers On Demand classes for $30 a month. You can take advantage of a free trial to see if you like it first.

4. Kendall Also Does Strength Training

Kendall also does a lot of strength training and cardio. She has trained with Gunnar Peterson and also Revenge Body and Beach Body trainer Autumn Calabrese, who dished to Us that the model completes hour-long workouts three to four times a week.

5. Don't Forget to Hydrate!

As with any workout, especially one that turns up the heat, hydration is key—and Hailey knows it. "I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don't know how many glasses that would amount to, but it's important,” she told Elle. “Monday plans = hydrate + hydrate +hydrate,” she captioned a recent photo of herself hydrating in her swimsuit.

1. Ab Workouts

Miami works on her abs—and the results speak for themselves. “Want more-defined stomach muscles? Core exercises are important,” says the Mayo Clinic. “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles.”

2. She’s a Dancer

Miami is a talented dancer, which offers specific health benefits. Dancing is not only good physical exercise, it benefits brain health. “In any instance you’re getting the benefit of connecting to the music, so you’re involving a part of the brain that isn’t necessarily being tapped when you’re doing something like walking that is more rote,” says former professional dancer Dr. Lauren Elson.

3. Protein Shakes

Miami enjoys protein shakes after her workouts. “It is important for individuals to consume protein every day,” says Nancy Waldeck, chef and dietitian at Thomas F. Chapman Family Cancer Wellness at Piedmont Healthcare. “Daily protein intake plays a role in keeping your cells in good shape and should be part of your daily health maintenance plan.”

4. Weight Training

Miami uses heavy weights for full-body workouts. “Lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age,” according to the Mayo Clinic. “Your body fat percentage will increase over time if you don't do anything to replace the lean muscle you lose over time. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age.”

5. Lunges and Squats

Miami does lunges and squats to strengthen her lower body. “Lunges are a great way to enhance strength and stability in your legs since you are forced to balance all of your body weight on one leg for a short period of time,” say the experts at Duke. “Be sure not to let your knee come over your toes while lunging and keep your torso erect while looking ahead.”

The Jonas Brothers are getting their sweat on – in the Philippines. In a new Instagram Story, Nick Jonas shares a clip of himself, Joe, and Kevin walking on treadmills at the gym. “Getting that pre-show workout in,” Nick explains in the short clip. How does Nick, who is married to actress Priyanka Chopra, approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about his lifestyle habits.

1. Meal Delivery Service

Whether Nick has to bulk up or slim down, he relies on meal delivery services to make meeting caloric goals easier. "I had about six weeks to put on 12 to 15 pounds of muscle before filming started on [DirecTV's] Kingdom—my character is a fighter whose strong suits are wrestling and grappling. Diet had a lot to do with it. I went from consuming about 3,000 calories a day to 4,200! Paleta, a food-delivery service, sent me three meals a day and snacks. It was an incredible way to know that I was getting what I need to build muscle and not have to think about it. Breakfast was usually an omelet with veggies and cashew cheese, a turkey-meat patty, and some fruit; lunch and dinner would be lean protein, veggies, and nuts; snacks consisted of things like snap peas with peanut sauce,” he told GQ.

2. Guilty Pleasures

Nick allows himself to cheat on occasion. "I don't have the luxury of eating whatever I want whenever I want anyway, because of my type 1 diabetes, so I have been conscientious about food for a long time. I do have guilty pleasures, though. I wasn't drinking at all while I was training for the show, but now that we're done, I keep it classy with Coors Light,” he told GQ.

3. Circuit Training

Nick trains with Gregg Miele at Heart and Hustle gym. “When I was getting in shape for the show, I was doing three sessions a day: one fight-training with Kingdom's coach, Joe "Daddy" Stephenson, and two strength-building with Gregg. Each workout focused on a different region of the body—upper body, core, or legs—and we'd do a circuit of six different moves for one area. Lifting a lot of weights, really trying to break the muscles down,” he told GQ.

4. To “Lean Out” He Decreased Calories and Workouts

Bangkok,thailand,-,May,21,2018,-,Good,Smile,Company,,Japanese,ToyShutterstock

"I got pretty Hulk-ish. Now that I'm on tour for my album, I've leaned out about 10 pounds from what I'd gained. It's been fun to change my physicality. My meal plan came down to about 2,500 calories, and the portions got really small. I exercise only three or four times a week,” Nick continued.

5. Hot Yoga

Jonas.BrosNick Jonas/Instagram

Nick also gets his zeno on. “I've been working on stretching and lengthening my muscles with hot yoga,” Nick continued, “and I'm trying to incorporate more cardio. But I hate going to the gym. I think everybody hates cardio to some degree. I'm not the kind of person who wakes up in the morning and can't wait to work out. I kind of dread it, actually. I see it as a necessary evil."

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
