Reese Witherspoon shared one of her smoothie staples in this Instagram video, inspired by health and wellness brand Solluna founder, Kimberly Snyder.

The recipe includes plenty of heathy ingredients, such as 1/2 cup of Harmless Harvest coconut water, two heads of romaine lettuce, one pear, one apple, one banana, one lemon, spinach, and celery. Reese notes that you can add almond butter, flax seeds, or protein powder as well.

"This is the smoothie that I drink every single day," she says. "I have for probably eight [or] nine years. It has a lot of vegetables in it, so I have this instead of breakfast; I have it around 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning, and then I'm not hungry at all until one o'clock."

"I make the most amazing tropical green smoothie," she told Vogue.
