Celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser is showing exactly what Kelly Ripa’s workouts look like, thanks to social media. Kaiser, whose clients also include Shakira and Karlie Kloss, shared a video of herself teamed up with Ripa, breaking down her strength training exercise regimen. “Kelly’s workout routine with personal trainer @theannakaiser at the @annakaiserstudios,” reads the caption from the LIVE With Kelly and Mark Instagram account. Kaiser’s entire job is to be fit, healthy, and empathetic to help others—here’s how she does it, joyfully.

1. Eggs, Spinach, and Probiotic

Anna.Kaiser.2Anna Kaiser/Instagram

A typical breakfast for Kaiser includes eggs and spinach. “I’m not a morning person, although that’s changed a bit since having my son, Brooks,” she tells PureWow. “I usually wake up around 6 a.m. and have a probiotic with alkaline water before he wakes up. Then, coffee! We spend an hour in the mornings playing and eating breakfast together before I head out for the busy day ahead. I recommend eating small meals all throughout the day. We’re all so busy that it’s important to keep your energy up. By eating all throughout the day—really healthy, clean food— your body will be receiving a constant stream of nutrients.”

2. Dance Workouts

Kaiser starts her day with a dance workout before private client sessions. “I love getting my sweat on first thing in the morning,” she told PureWow. “It gets me focused, energized and ready to take on the day… People always ask me what to eat before and after a workout. I recommend drinking caffeine 15 to 30 minutes before your workout to rev up your heart rate. My current favorite post-workout fuel is collagen coconut yogurt. You need to eat a good source of carbs and protein within 30 minutes of finishing your AKT workout for optimal nutrition, fat burn and muscle recovery.”

3. Heart Rate and Exercise

Close,Up,White,Smart,Watch,With,Health,App,Icon,OnShutterstock

Kaiser recommends using a heart rate monitor to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout. "Make sure you get your heart rate up, elevated and keep it elevated for an extended period of time," she tells ABC News. "Thirty minutes is great, if you can do that on a daily basis. Forty-five minutes is extra work. You can add more weights to make it harder, but use a heart rate monitor that is the best way...to know how hard you're working and to make sure your heart rate is actually elevated."

4. Fish For Dinner

Anna.Kaiser.1Anna Kaiser/Instagram

Kaiser loves to cook dinner at night with her husband, saying it’s when she “comes alive.” The couple usually make fish and enjoy dark chocolate for dessert. “One of my favorite meals we make is salmon over cauliflower rice with fresh made tomato sauce,” she told ELLE. “The sauce takes a bit of time, but it's fun to spend some time catching up. And, if we've both had good sweat sessions that day, we'll enjoy a glass of wine or scotch together with our meal.”

5. Slowing Down

Kaiser takes a moment to slow down and restart when things get overwhelming. “Sometimes, when my day starts to get hectic, I sit down, take a breath, and reconnect to my mind and body before moving on,” she tells ELLE. “There is so much that I am passionate about and so many people that I love, it helps to remind myself how grateful I am for the life I am leading so as not to allow myself to get swept away in details of the day. Balance. I am always striving to stay centered and find balance in my day, my fitness, my food, and my energy.”

Kelly Ripa is getting ready for the Academy Awards by working her core. In a few new social media posts the talk show host shows off her washboard, rock hard abs in a black workout ensemble while getting her sweat on with Anna Kaiser, global fitness leader and creator of the popular fitness brand, Anna Kaiser Studios. “Oscar ready,” she wrote about the photos. “Live with Kelly & Mark” are hosting their annual “After the Oscars” episode on Monday, March 11 from Hollywood’s Dolby Theater. Celebwell recently spoke to Kelly's trainer, who revealed details about her workout.

1. Power Push Ups

Kaiser, known for her dance-centric workouts that combine strength and interval training with fun movement, recently shared details about a recent workout. In it, Kelly does power push ups, according to Kaiser. “Try this new push-up challenge: Slowing down the lowering of the push up to two counts and then push up in one count, loading your upper body and then adding a quick burst of power,” she suggests. “I am always adding new variations of exercises or different ways to execute exercises to keep Kelly challenged and getting stronger!”

2. Workouts Alternate Between Strength and Interval Training/Power

Kaiser mixes up Kelly’s workouts every day “to alternate between strength and interval training/power,” she tells Celebwell. “Both are important to build and maintain lean muscle, increase bone density, stabilize HRV, skin tone, increased circulation and cell turnover, as well as ample time for recovery. Our focus is strength. We use cardio and conditioning intervals to boost her strength workouts.”

3. Dance

Dance is used in the workout to “train her brain,” says Kaiser, citing a 10-year study published in the New England Journal of Medicine. It found that learning dance and new movements was the only method that increased cognitive function by up to 75 percent. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine also discovered people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

4. Glute Work

Kelly RipaKelly Ripa/Instagram

Glute work is also key, per Kaiser. Kelly “loves to work her booty so in addition to high impact moves like dance, jump, squats, step ups, box jumps,” Kaiser tells us. “We also add glue isolations with extra weight and resistance bands.”

5. High Alkaline Diet

Kelly.Ripa.1Kelly Ripa/Instagram

Kelly famously swears by a high-alkaline diet, a low-acid meal plan is “responsible for [her] not being in pain,” she tells People. “I actually eat much more on this cleanse than I do in my actual life, but it’s what you eat and how you eat it,” she said. She consumes no animal products. “I like to drink coffee. I occasionally will have fish. The alkaline diet is primarily a vegan diet, but I like cream in my coffee. I like to have a glass of wine. So I don’t adhere to it strictly, but when I do a cleanse, it will be seven days, and then I go back to my normal life. But my normal life, like I said, is not that different than the alkaline cleanse.”

Lifting Weights

I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
