Here’s how she stays in shape.

Chanel Coco Brown isn’t just sharing workout tips—she’s living them. The professional influencer, known for her vibrant wellness content on Instagram, recently posted an inspiring message to her followers as the year wrapped up. Dressed in sleek two-piece workout gear, Brown encouraged everyone to keep pushing their fitness goals, reminding us, “The year isn’t over yet, making each day count 🔒.” With a mix of motivational wisdom and seriously strong routines, Brown shows how discipline and dedication fuel her fitness journey. From Pilates to pulldowns, here’s how she stays in peak shape.

She Disciplined

When it comes to fitness, Brown is disciplined. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I’M TALKING TO YOU 🗣️ it’s Monday, let’s go! This is what I do when I don’t want to go to the gym 👉🏽 I put my shoes on, get in the car, turn up to the gym, still I don’t want to workout and that’s okay, it’s okay to not want to do something but what we’re still going to do is show up. We’re going to show up because that is how we’re going to build self-discipline, that is how we’re going to build a habit, a habit that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s okay to not want to do something, you can crawl back to your home comforts, but nothing grows from comfort zones and we can’t always let our thoughts or mood dictate our actions. Get uncomfortable, learn to be okay with uncomfortable. Complain throughout the whole workout if you want to, take it slower, have a mediocre session if that suits you, because it’s not about this single session it’s about the bigger picture - you showed up, even when you could have made 100 excuses, you showed up because you’re levelling up. Self-discipline baby.”

She Does Pilates

Brown likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself at a class. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Does Treadmill Exercises

Brown shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing in it is walking on a treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

She Does Squats

Chanel Coco Brown

Brown is also seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Allina Health reports that they have a lot of health benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Pulls-Downs

Brown shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises, including pulldowns. This exercise is very beneficial. Piedmont states, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability.”

1. Focus on Exercise First

Chanel’s stay-fit theory: Prioritize fitness over diet. “You need to work out! I mean a lot of people like to start themselves on cute diets but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you workout on a daily basis,” she told HollywoodLife. “I try to eat healthy but since I work out I still enjoy a large pizza by myself! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have those as long as you workout.”

2. Identify and Focus On “Problem Areas”

Chanel focuses on target areas and exercises them the most. "That is a big problem area for me," she said about her arms in a YouTe video, before executing a minute of push-ups using floor hooks, squats with a cross punch with dumbbells, dumbbell curls, and dumbbell iron crosses.

3. Do At-Home Workouts

At-home,Workouts,With,Weights,And,JournalingShutterstock

Chanel prefers working out at home over the gym. “Well I have a trainer,” she told Flaunt. “During the pandemic, I got really into working out on my own. Figuring out all of my own workouts. I have a mini Barbie looking gym in my garage, it’s really cute. The cuter the gym is, the cuter your workout clothes are, you get more ‘oh, I’m trying to look cute and do this.’ I know a lot of good home workouts, I posted a couple of workout videos on my YouTube.”

4. Exercise Every Other Day

Chanel works out “As much as I can,” she told Flaunt. “I film a lot so on average, I workout 3 days a week. That’s a good amount to stay in shape. If I wanted to be a real fitness person and get really into it, I’d work out every single day. But I don’t have the time for that.”

5. Meditate

Chanel takes care of her mental health by meditating. "At some point during the pandemic, I might've been going crazy. It was all the time I spent at home, people sending me conspiracy stuff. People made me feel like I was going insane," she told Flaunt. "Meditation has changed my life honestly," she said. "Meditation is key. Everyone needs to meditate, set aside time to mentally decompress."

6. Do Cardio

“I wouldn’t say any workout is bad or I hate it but for women focus on your cardio, because if you do too much weights and you are a woman then you are going to bulk up a little bit you know,” Chanel told HollywoodLife. "Without question, being physically active is the best thing you can do for your heart health. Here's the good news: according to new federal exercise guidelines, even just a few minutes of moving can count toward the recommended aerobic exercise goal of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week," said Harvard Health.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell is only getting fitter and stronger with every year that passes, and generously shares her workouts on social media. Campbell, 53, posted pictures of herself on the mat at a private studio in Dubai, doing stretches and yoga poses while wearing a white workout outfit. “My happy place,” she captioned the post. Campbell has been in the public eye for decades and is an icon in the fashion world—here’s what her diet, fitness, and beauty routine looks like in her 50s.

1. Personal Trainer

Campbell does boxing and strength training workouts with personal trainer Joe Holder. "I've never liked working out before I started working out with Joe," she said in a workout video. "I don't like everything he makes me do, but it's not about liking it. It's about attacking the body in different parts and conditioning."

2. Leg Workout

Campbell’s trainer holder says her Instagram Live workouts are designed to be useful to everyone—like her at-home leg workout. "The lower half of your body has the biggest muscles—your glutes, quads, and hamstrings," he told Vogue. "If you can really concentrate on movement patterns in these areas, it works your body harder while having a circulatory effect that activates the lymphatic system to get rid of cellular waste. It goes a long way and is a good strategy for most people to take since they won't have access to a gym."

3. One Meal a Day

Close-up,Of,Moroccan,Chickpea,Stew,With,Bread,On,A,TexturedShutterstock

Campbell's private chef Sean John says the model typically eats one big meal a day—no dairy, no gluten, no chicken. "I have cooked for her for over ten years," he told Page Six. "She has her own stuff at home, but I prepare one really good meal a day, and it's super clean and really healthy. . . She's an 'ital', which is a Jamaican word for clean vegetarian style, like Bob Marley rasta talk. And when she travels private, I prepare those meals, too. She doesn't eat plane food. She has to have flavor. You can't just put salt and pepper in it. I don't do that anyway, but she knows! There's got to be some spice and herbs. She's all about making it soulful and flavorful."

4. Moisturizing Twice a Day

Dolce & Gabbana - Runway - Spring/Summer 2024 Milan Fashion WeekVictor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho via Getty Images

Campbell moisturizes her entire body twice a day, if not more. “I would never do a face lift, so I use tape,” she told Vogue. “I like to put a little shimmer inside my eyes just to look bright and awake and alert. I don’t like too much powder on my face in terms of makeup. I like the skin to be a little bit shiny, but natural oil because I have combination skin. I always, always, always — I think I cream my body at least twice a day, I moisturize my body, it’s something my mom instilled in me as a child—cream my skin! And, think it’s all accessories. All accessories to make yourself feel better and look good.”

5. Beauty Tips

Campbell avoids caffeine and drinks plenty of water. “I don’t do coffee and I’ve never really been into coffee,” she told ELLE. “Every few months I do a cleanse where I drink a certain juice for that period of time... I can’t eat like I used to. I’m more pescatarian than anything now. I try to be careful of what I put in my body.”

Chanel Collette is promoting her “stronger not smaller” mindset – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model shows off her fit figure while traying to motivate women to hit the gym. “When I think things have improved….I forget in my little bubble of ‘fitness’ instagram where I’ve curated my feed of 30+ year old women with the same mission as my own. Then I go and join a commercial gym….And I’m reminded women my age still need me loud and proud, and grunting in the weight room telling them they deserve AND need to be in it. We shouldn’t be the minority in there. We should take up just as much space - If not more and be welcomed (preferably with 12.5 , 17.5 and 22.5 dumbbells but that’s a post for another day),” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tempo Training

Chanel is an advocate of tempo training. “Let’s talk TEMPO and what that REALLY means for training,” she wrote in a recent post. “Tempo training can increase TUT (time under tension) and this is a great way to increase muscle activation, growth, and endurance without relying SOLEY on heavy weight. The research speaks for itself… & we are big fans of using this with our clients.”

2. Yoga

Chanel is a yogi. “My yoga story ⬇️ … Is the most patient & beautiful thing I have done for myself in my adult life. It’s the ONE ☝🏽 thing I have done COMPLETELY FREE of expectations. Every task, every hobby, every THING I have put immense pressure on myself to be, not just good at; but great at. But never with yoga,” she writes in another post. “I started 7 years ago practicing and laughing at myself bc of how little I could do, but my body STILL felt better AFTER what little I did. That was my hook, but slowly my mind quieted, and internalized pressure never showed up on my mat with me. All these years later, I practice *hopefully* 2-3x per week. I still take low heat, low intensity classes. I just started going up side down last year. But none of that actually matters at all. And that’s the beautiful part for me.” There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. Tennis

Chanel enjoys tennis so much she models a collection of tennis gear with Paragon. “The courts are calling,” she captioned a post. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

4. Hiking

Chanel also likes to hike. “90,000+ steps across 5 days , my long time client & audacious friend @ashaott22 left loving my Ol’ Kentucky home. *mission accomplished*,” she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

5. Running

Chanel is a runner, but makes sure to avoid fasted runs. “If you want to get better at running and make running BETTER for you - you need to be fueling to make that happen. Her “go-to fast digesting carbs sources” are fruit, cereal, rice cakes, honey, and jelly and sourdough English muffins. “I’m not a gel fan - never have been - even in my long distance days of my past. Can’t get them down so I just stopped trying. I like food, food likes me,” she adds.

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is sharing her new workout in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the Canadian professional CrossFit Games athlete flaunts her amazing figure during an intense workout session. “GRUNT WORK,” she wrote in the caption, revealing the workout set. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and how can you do her latest workout? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Macro Counting

Camille keeps track of her macros. "I eat about 120 grams of protein a day, 245 grams of carbs, and 75 grams of fat," she told Shape. "For me, it's super important that my calories have more carbs than I would suggest to someone else. My focus is on weightlifting and building muscle. It's specific to what I'm doing now, and performance comes first."

2. Food As Fuel

Camille fuels up with food. Her breakfast? “I became allergic to eggs like four years ago, which was awful. Now, I do eight ounces of nonfat Greek yogurt with berries. I like raspberries, and the trick to make it very yummy without adding any sugar or anything is to buy the berries frozen, then put them in the fridge. The juice makes the yogurt super sweet and a little tart. I'll do about 15 grams of macadamia nuts on top of that, and also a packet of gluten-free oatmeal on the side made with water, plus coffee with MCT oil and collagen protein,” she told Shape. “Both before and after workouts, I always do three ounces of orange juice, half a cup of rice, and a teaspoon of Himalayan salt. After, I'll also have a serving of whey protein shaken up with water after I train. I don't even do a whole shaker bottle all the time. Sometimes I just do a little, or I'll do a bar. Ultimately, I prefer to eat real foods. I'm just aiming for 10 to 15 grams of protein max." She then trains, recovers with a snack, and then eats a meal 30 minutes later. “100 grams of rice, three ounces of steak, guac, and as many veggies as I want,” she says. “My strategy is to make the same meal and eat it three times throughout the rest of the day, which is usually tons of vegetables with the steak and guacamole. For the vegetables, I'll cut three peppers. One yellow, one orange, and one red—because we all the colors mean more vitamins. Then I'll add tons of spinach, which I don't measure. Then I'll add zucchini, shredded carrots, some onions, and some cauliflower rice. For the steak, I sear it two minutes each side with butter and then finish it in the oven so it's all crispy."

3. Sleep

White,Vintage,Ringing,Alarm,Clock,On,Bright,Red,Background.,ModernShutterstock

Camille prioritizes sleep. "I'm usually awake at around 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. I have a little puppy, so it tries to get me out around 6:30 a.m. most days. I always try to get my between eight to nine hours of sleep; that's the magic number for me. Any less than that, and I feel like I don't recover enough. And more than that, I just feel like ugh,” she told Shape.

4. Two Workouts a Day

Camille exercises like it’s her job. "I typically train twice a day. I'm trying to get ready for the Olympics, so the first session will be like most likely my Olympic lifting session and I'll be doing that for one to one-and-a-half hours. Then later in the day, I will be doing more gymnastics skills and accessory work,” she told Shape.

5. AMRAP Workout

Camille’s latest workout is a 30 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible). “Choose a version of each movement that allows you to accomplish each the work in 1 or 2 sets. Record repetition,” she says.

From weightlifting sessions to Pilates reformer workouts, her approach to fitness is all about balance and consistency. Curious how she maintains her beach-ready body? Here are the five key habits that keep her looking and feeling her best.

She Does Squats

Tedeschi shares her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight on her page. In this video, she is seen doing squats with a kettlebell. The Cleveland Clinic says that squats are very beneficial. “Squats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump … everything, re

She Lifts Weights

In the previous Instagram story video, Tedeschi is seen using a weight to workout. She also shares a lot of videos in the highlight of herself using weights. ACE Fitness states that doing this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Pilates

Tedeschi likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of videos in her Instagram story highlight of herself using a reformer. Better Health reports, “The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body), balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs, improved stabilisation of your spine.”

She Does Burpees

Tedeschi likes to do burpees to keep herself in shape. She shared this video in her Instagram story highlight of herself doing them. The Cleveland Clinic says that burpees have a lot of benefits. “From an aerobic standpoint, burpees put your ticker to the test. The exercise offers the breath-stealing effect of running in a very condensed timeframe.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tedeschi is seen doing deadlifts with a weight in this Instagram story. Deadlifts are very beneficial. ACE Fitness says, “The most important benefit of the RDL is that it teaches the proper movement and biomechanics of standing hip flexion and extension. This is the foundational movement for squatting, whether the movement is performed with a weight in the gym or while bending over to pick an object up from the floor.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
