1. Belly Blitz DVD
Crosby swears by her 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD. “I am on the road so much getting into a gym isn’t always an option, however the DVD means I can workout anywhere and everywhere,” she told Healthista. “Even if I just have 3 minutes spare I can have a quick abs blast and I feel so much better than doing nothing! Having lost over two and a half stone with the help of the DVD, I am determined to keep the weight off so it is always packed!”
2. No Distracted Eating

Crosby avoids eating in front of the television or any other screen. “Eat slowly,” she told Closer. “I used to wolf down my food in five minutes then look for pudding because I was still hungry. Take your time over your tea - it should take 20 minutes to eat a meal. I guarantee you won’t be hungry if you eat more slowly, because it gives your tummy time to tell your brain that you’re full.”
3. Good Sneakers
Crosby has sneakers she swears by for her workouts. “Before I started to work out I didn’t appreciate the importance of good footwear,” she told Healthista. “My Reebok ZQuick trainers are lightweight yet still give me required support when putting myself through my paces. They look wicked too, I have got quite a collection now!”
4. Counting Calories

Crosby stresses how important it is to be aware of the calories in your food and drinks “Ignorance isn’t bliss - swot up on the calories in your favorite foods and drinks,” she told Closer. “If it’s a cocktail, consider whether you really want to have another glass and how much work it will take to burn off the calories. It makes you think about food and booze in a new light.”
5. Cosmetic Surgery
Crosby is open about getting cosmetic surgery. “I don’t regret having a nose job and I don’t think it sent a bad message because I told everyone at the time I didn’t rush into it,” she told Grazia. “Everyone says, ‘Why did you have to change yourself? You should be happy with how you look!’ but people enhance the way they look all the time with makeup. Parents put fixed braces on their children to improve the look of their teeth and don’t get criticised. I do not agree with people getting things done willy nilly but if someone’s not confident about something, don’t beat them up about changing it.”
