Chiara Ferragni is flaunting her washboard abs in a workout top. In a recent social media post the blogger and influencer shows off her amazing body in a crop top while visiting the UAE. How does the newly single star approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Coffee

"I absolutely love coffee – it's a whole ritual in the morning and such a pleasure to have it after lunch," Chiara told Elles. "My most indulgent coffee break is when I drink iced coffee in the summer, I love the taste and the feeling of enjoying something as cold and strong. I'm very into coffees to go, that's a habit I developed when I was living in L.A. in my twenties and that I have kept to this day, in Italy, with my travel mug or at my favorite Italian coffee shop." According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

2. Exercise

High,Intensity,Interval,Training,,Hiit,,Crossword,Against,Textured,Handmade,Paper,Shutterstock

"I try and be healthy wherever I am," she told HOLA. "I am trying to work out more, but it's not always possible as I don't have enough time or energy. “ When she does work out, she opts for higher intensity workouts. “Last week in Milan I tried the new Zoom in 5 workout with the Nike‘s N + TC app, perfect for 5 minutes warm-up sessions of high intensity cardio training even for those like me that don’t have so much time for training. The perfect workout at your fingertips!” she wrote in a blog.

3. Reading

Chiara is a reader. “Sister bookclub,” she captioned a post. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

4. Skiing

Chiara is a skier. “Spent such a beautiful weekend at @hotellerie_de_mascognaz, a dislocated hotel restored on an ancient village from 1300 in Ayas valley in the middle of nowhere,” she captioned a post. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

5. Not a Lot of Alcohol

Chiara doesn’t drink her calories. “I try to eat well, not drink too much, maybe a little wine, but no spirits,” she told HOLA.

Arabella Chi is sweating through her pregnancy – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the pregnant Love Island star shows off her tiny bump in a crop top and leggings while discussing her workouts. “With adjustments” she has been able to continue working out with her trainer, Barry Suk, but also taking classes, she reveals in the Instagram Stories image. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Cardio & Strength Training

Arabella does cardio and strength training.’“I’ve always been to the gym and mix up my training and I think that’s why I’ve always been able to maintain it for such a long period of time because I love to switch up my training,” the star told OK! “For me at the moment I try and get in five or six sessions a week. I’ll do two cardio sessions, two weighted gym sessions.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Yoga

Arabella also does two yoga sessions per week, “and my yoga that I do is very chilled and relaxed which, in the industry I’m in is very, very good for my mind because it’s such a fast-paced industry,” she says. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Meditation

Woman,Meditating,In,The,Lotus,Position,CloseupShutterstock

Arabella gets her zen on. "I meditate and go to the gym,” she said to Boux Avenue about her de-stressing method. “When I work out, I'm not with my phone and disconnect, and have some me-time where I switch off from the world. I think that's important." “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

No Diets

"I don't believe in cheat days, I don't cut anything out of my diet. I've tried it all – being vegan, veggie, pescatarian! If I'm craving something, I'll have it; however luckily I do love healthy food,” Arabella explained to Boux Avenue about her diet. “I look at it like a circle… How does that make me feel when I've had it? You have a sugar rush and you feel great, then you come crashing down, whereas with a vegan brownie for example, it's got more nutrition so you feel better for that whole circle."

Melting

“So I’ve had the fat melted in my thighs, now this helps to move the melted fat into my bum making it look curvier,” she revealed on Instagram. “My body has changed as I haven’t had time to go to the gym and my diet has not been completely on point. I’m really excited to have this treatment and kinda see what the benefits are.”

HIIT Workouts

Arabella Chi and a friend pose for a mirror selfie.

Arabella Chi/Instagram

Arabella does HIIT style workouts – three rounds of four exercises, finished off with a 30 second HIIT exercise and a 30 second rest period – she told Boux Avenue. The first round: Backwards lunge, sidewards lunge, donkey kick-backs, glute bridges, and jumping squats. Round 2: Hammer curls, bent-over rows, shoulder taps, side planks, burpees. Round 3: Toe tap crunches, arm & leg extensions, lying leg & arm raises, Russian twists. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

"Now I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I'm pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me."

2. She Does Oblique Curls

Khalifa posted this video on Instagram of herself doing oblique crunches with gym equipment. Says the Mayo Clinic: “Abdominal crunches are a classic core-strength exercise:

  • Lie on your back and place your feet on a wall so that your knees and hips are bent at 90-degree angles. Tighten your abdominal muscles.
  • Raise your head and shoulders off the floor. To avoid straining your neck, cross your arms on your chest rather than locking them behind your head. Hold for three deep breaths.
  • Return to the start position and repeat.”

You can also increase your strength through other types of resistance exercises, such as by using your body weight or resistance bands.”

5. She Runs On The Treadmill

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
