Chlöe and her twin sister, Halle, have been vegan for over a decade. However, during a recent Instagram Live session she reveals that she accidentally ate meat. “So I called to get a Beyond burger for sis and I like usual. Specified that it’s vegan, no butter on the bun, nothing like that,” she said. “I take a bite and the juice dripping from the burger is not like a Beyond burger. The one bite I took I just knew. Immediately I said, ‘This doesn’t feel right.’”

Chlöe and Halle revealed a few of their favorite meat-free dishes during a BuzzFeed's Sister Test session. Some of their go-tos include avocado toast, rice, bread, vegan cheesecake, donuts, and pancakes. “Sissy and I absolutely LOVE oatmeal. So for breakfast, we’ll make ourselves maple, brown sugar oatmeal with a side of fruit. Sometimes for lunch, I will grill veggie hot dogs while Halle makes delicious kale chips. And to end the day off for dinner, we’ll make spinach and brown rice with a side of veggie balls,” they added to Teen Vogue in 2017.

She recently told Shape that their workouts involve minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance, including complex movements that target the whole body. Most importantly, she enjoys herself. “We end up getting in an added ab workout because of how much we end up laughing,” Willis told the magazine. “Somehow she manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move.”

Dancing. “I do a lot of heavy sweating up on stage,” the performer told Black Doctor. “We do 90-minute shows — I’m moving around and it’s very high-energy. What is the Scandal star’s favorite workout? “I'm a big Pilates girl and I love to hike,” she told ELLE. “You don’t even want to be in your own body when [you] show up at the gym—I didn’t for years,” she added to Women’s Health. “As women, we live in this culture where it’s like, ‘You have to fix this.’ Pilates has allowed me to be focused on my appearance and my health in ways that are not abusive or critical.”

"I think the thing with Blake now is that she's understanding the importance of trying to be consistent," he told E! News. "She's no different than any other person you know, she's a mother right? She drinks half her water by noon, “casually” siping on the other half until 6:00 pm. Hailey Bieber rocked a white hot Saint Laurent gown. The supermodel eats healthy most of the time, but takes a day out of the week to splurge. "A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries," she told Elle.

Lori Harvey’s abs were the main attraction of her Michael Kors gown, cut out to accentuate her midsection. “I usually try to switch it up and do more cardio some days and more strength training on others,” the Pretty Little Thing ambassador, who trains at The Dogpound, revealed during an interview. Her workouts usually start with a five minute warmup, followed by a few circuits of strength training, “either lower or upper body depending on what day it is and I always finish with ab work,” she said.

Leave it to Kim Kardashian to nab one of the most American gowns in history – Marilyn Monroe’s famous “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” gown designed by the legendary Bob Mackie. At first, the gown didn’t fit her. “It was this or nothing,” she told Vogue about her decision to slim down. “I would wear a sauna suit twice a day, run on the treadmill, completely cut out all sugar and all carbs, and just eat the cleanest veggies and protein. I didn’t starve myself, but I was so strict.” She went in after a month for her final fitting, and the dress fit like a glove. “I wanted to cry tears of joy when it went up.”

I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
