Chlöe Bailey Shares Swimsuit Photo With "Phone on DND"

Chlöe Bailey is one of Hollywood’s hottest young celebrities. She started out as a duo with her younger sister, Halle. They won the fifth season of Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing, toured with Beyonce and Jay-Z, and starred on Grown-ish. Bailey has since launched a solo career, with her single, “Have Mercy.” She just shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In it, Bailey sat in the ocean in a yellow swimsuit. 1. She’s Close With Her Sister

Bailey and her sister Halle have a very close relationship. "I'm so grateful that I was placed on this earth with a sister, because I don't have to go through life alone," Bailey said to TODAY. "Because no matter how far apart we are, we're always probably feeling the same thing at the same time — even though it could be completely different situations, which I think is crazy."

2. She Uses Music As Therapy

Bailey talked about why she loves making music in her TODAY interview. "I have had the best time being able to create music and really show my confidence that's on the inside and put it into the music," she said. "And it's just been really fun. Music is therapy for me. And it is a little nerve-wracking knowing that the world hears your darkest and most inner thoughts. But it's so freeing."

3. She’s Grown Comfortable With Herself

Bailey opened up about her wellness in an interview with Peace of Mind with Taraji. She says that she has learned to love her body. “Ever since I was a little girl, I've always been curvy," Bailey said. "I remember the first time I got stretch marks — I was 12 at this field trip and we were hiking. I'm like, 'What is this?' I still have them all on my thighs. But as I've gotten older, I have learned to really appreciate my curves. I love my stretch marks."

4. She’s Not Letting Things Get To Her

Bailey has had to deal with a lot of criticism. However, she revealed in her Peace of Mind interview that she’s not letting things get to her. "I can't sit here and lie and say, 'Oh, I'm bulletproof, nothing hurt me,' because it honestly did," Bailey said. "And I think what hurt me the most was when I would see some post saying how I'm doing this for male attention, or I'm just trying to sell sex to get attention for myself. At first I was really getting sad about it, but then I told myself, 'Why would I let that control my thoughts and feelings when I know it's a lie?' I kind of had to not give it so much power. I'm not doing anything crazy, I'm just appreciating and loving my body, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that."

5. She Removes Her Makeup

Bailey and her sister are ambassadors for Neutrogena. She tells Refinery29 that she loves their makeup wipes. “The wipes are so gentle on your skin, and they don’t burn,” she explained. “They get everything off, including the stubborn, waterproof eyeliner, and that makes my routine so much shorter, especially for those nights when I feel really lazy.”
