Chloe Ting has built a global fitness empire by keeping things real. The YouTube sensation and fitness influencer recently checked in with her followers, sharing a stunning set of photos in a white two-piece workout set and asking, “How’s your fitness journey going?” With millions turning to her for motivation, Ting continues to emphasize balance—encouraging her community to embrace progress without pressure. From low-impact exercises to strength training, here’s how she stays in top shape.
She’s Comfortable With Herself
Ting makes sure to be comfortable with herself and her body. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “Just in case you needed it, here's today's reminder to not compare your beautiful body to images you see on socials. We all heard it before and know it, but always good to remind yourself that our bodies can change throughout the day (or when it's that time of the month for us women!). Here's me flexed and relaxed, I've been putting on some weight and that's totally okay! ❤️”
She Doesn’t Go Too Hard On Herself
Ting makes sure to stay motivated and doesn’t go too hard on herself. She captioned this Instagram post, “When you're on a fitness journey, sometimes you might get demotivated, especially when life/work/stress gets in the way. It's hard to stay focused on your journey without getting overwhelmed. A gentle reminder that you're doing OK! Be kind to yourself and don't feel guilty. You're trying and doing your best and that's what matters. Remember that results take time and focus on doing what you can each day. So super proud of these girls and they did an amazing job with their journey. I'm sure they had their struggles too, and it took them time. You'll reach your goals in time as well and remember that you're not alone! ♥️”
She Does Low Impact Exercises
Ting doesn’t always do high impact exercises. She shared some of her favorite low impact ones in this Instagram video. Ting captioned it, “You don't have to do high impact exercises if it hurts your joints or if you're not ready for it. You can work towards it if you're just starting out. It's important to not compare yourself to others and work at your own pace. Make sure to push yourself but not overdo it as you can hurt yourself! ❤️”
She Does Squats
Ting is seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. This exercise has a lot of health benefits. Allina Health says, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery.”
She Does Lunges
Ting is also seen doing lunges in the previous Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”
