Chrishell Stause & G Flip In Two-Pieces Stun At Dodgers’ Pride Night

It’s Pride Month! And Chrishell Stause is making sure to celebrate it to the fullest. The reality star and her partner, musician G Flip, attended Pride Night at the Los Angeles Dodgers game. Chrishell shared some highlights of the couple’s night on Instagram. In them, they wore Dodgers gear, and hung out with stars like Lance Bass. Chrishell captioned the post, “Thank you @dodgers and @glaad for having us for #PRIDE night at the stadium! 💙”
She Loves Fruit
Chrishell makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods and meals in an interview with Women’s Health. “I love fruit,” she says. “I’ll have mango, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples; I just can’t get enough.” Eating enough produce is extremely beneficial. The Harvard School of Public Health says, “A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check.”
She Limits Meat
Chrishell doesn’t like to incorporate a lot of meat into her diet. “I was a vegetarian for so many years, but I don’t put a label on it now,” she explains in her Women’s Health interview. “I try not to eat meat, but I’m not saying that I’m vegetarian or vegan. I love animals, so I try and eat with a conscience.”
She Cooks
Chrishell loves to cook healthy meals, especially pasta. She shared one of her favorite pasta recipes in her Women’s Health interview. “One dish I’m proud of is my spicy shrimp pasta. It’s so good and has a little kick to it. I’ll do it with whole-wheat noodles, sautéed shrimp, red pepper chili flakes, and a spicier tomato sauce.”
She Does HIIT
To keep herself in shape, Chrishell works with trainer, Ocho. He shared some of the reality stars favorite workouts to Women’s Health. One thing Chrishell likes to do is HIIT. “A week of workouts for Chrishell can vary,” Ocho said. “Her schedule is very hectic, so we get in what we can, and HIIT training is one of the most efficient ways she can build muscle and burn fat at the same time.”
She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized
Chrishell shared one of her tips for keeping your skin moisturized with Elite Daily. “If I’m feeling kind of dry, then I’ll do some slugging. I saw it on TikTok, where you put extra moisturizer on. You can still see it on your face and wait for it to soak in. If I baked my makeup in because it needed to stay on all day, my skin can be pretty dry, so I’ll just treat it. I’m not doing these wild masks; I’m basically just using extra moisturizer and I apply it super thick. It’s more of a technique, and not some fancy secret.”
