Chrishell Stause In Bikini Says "Take Me Back"

Chrishell Stause is a reality TV icon. She's starred on every season of Selling Sunset. She recently appeared on the third season of The Traitors. And she also competed on Dancing With The Stars. Chrishell recently shared some highlights of a vacation she took to Mexico on Instagram. In one of the photos, she posed on a boat in a light blue bikini and cover-up. In another, she wore a pink bikini top. Chrishell captioned the post, "Leftovers from my Mexico trip. She Does High-Intensity Interval Training

 

In order to keep herself in shape, Chrishell works with Power 8 LA founder, Ocho. He shared some of her go-to workouts in an interview with Women's Health. Chrishell is a big fan of high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. "A week of workouts for Chrishell can vary," he said. "Her schedule is very hectic, so we get in what we can, and HIIT training is one of the most efficient ways she can build muscle and burn fat at the same time."

She Doesn't Eat A Lot Of Meat

In a separate interview with Women's Health, Chrishell opened up about her diet. She says that while she's not fully a vegetarian, she does limit the amount of meat in her diet. "I was a vegetarian for so many years, but I don't put a label on it now," she explains. "I try not to eat meat, but I'm not saying that I'm vegetarian or vegan. I love animals, so I try and eat with a conscience."

She Loves Protein Bars

Chrishell has a busy schedule, but she makes sure to grab a healthy option for a snack or quick breakfast. She tells Women's Health that she loves eating protein bars. "When I'm busy, I normally either grab a banana and peanut butter or a protein bar. I'm obsessed with peanut butter I've had them all. Any protein bar makes a peanut butter flavor, I've probably tried it. I love these Papa Steve's No Junk Raw Protein Bars."

She Loves Fruit

Another thing Chrishell incorporates in her diet is fresh fruit. She shared some of her favorites in her Women's Health interview. "I love fruit. I'll have mango, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples; I just can't get enough." The American Heart Association recommends getting fruit into your diet. "All fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that may help prevent heart disease, cancer and other illnesses. Some of these nutrients are fiber, potassium, folate, and vitamins A and C. The best way to get more nutrients is to eat fruits and vegetables of many different colors."

She Does Pilates

Chrishell loves doing Pilates to keep herself in shape. In his Women's Health interview, Ocho revealed that the reality star does Pilates once a week. "She practices Pilates once or twice a week to lengthen, stretch and recover. It's low impact and allows her to reset, while still getting a good workout in."
