Christina Milian does it all. She’s a singer. She’s an actress who’s appeared in projects like Bring It On: Fight To The Finish and Grandfathered. And she’s a host, who notably worked on The Voice. Milian recently enjoyed a vacation to St. Tropez, and shared some photos on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed a cocktail by the ocean. Milian wore a pink, orange, and purple striped two-piece swimsuit, looking stunning. 1. She Runs
Milian shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Bustle. She says that she is an avid runner. “I just love going on the treadmill. I like to run. My goal is always 3 miles. Whether it takes 30 minutes, 25 minutes, or 40 minutes to do it, that’s my goal. I do that maybe three times a week. Fitness helps bring peace of mind to me.”
2. She Gets Facials

Milian has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared one of her secrets with Bustle. “I like to get a nice steam facial. I’ve gotten some really good ones that really just clean out any toxins that are in my skin. I’m living in a city [Los Angeles] right now, so I like to purify my skin and relax at the same time. If there’s a little bit of massage included, I love it.”
3. She Stays Hydrated
In her Bustle interview, Milian was asked what the best wellness advice she’s ever received. “The importance of water,” she answered. “I do find that there’s a huge difference when I’m not drinking enough water and I’m not hydrated. I get headaches, I have an attitude, and I’m tired. When I’m dehydrated, it’s not a good thing…Watch, you’re going to notice it — one day you’re going to be like, ‘Why am I on edge right now?’ and then you’re going to realize you need to drink some water.”
4. She Doesn’t Overeat

Milian makes sure to eat healthy, and shared some of her favorite foods with Essence. She also says that she tries to not overeat. “Salmon and a big salad. I really love avocados too, with some olive oil and salt and lemon. Delicious! And asparagus—even out of the can. And I try not to overeat. If I hear my body tell me I’m full, I follow my gut, literally, and say ‘Hey I’m full’ and ‘There will be another meal.’ I think sometimes we eat with our eyes and our minds, thinking this is the last meal I’m ever going to have.”
5. She’s All About Self-Care
Milian makes self-care a priority. She shared some of the ways she takes care of herself with Essence. “For me, if I’m not in the right shape, I’m tired. I don’t have the energy to do the things I like to do, which gets a little bit depressing. Working out is great therapy too. When I workout I pray. In that moment, I am thankful because of my health and how my blood is flowing because all of that stuff is going to keep me around longer.”
