Cindy Crawford is preparing for the weekend with a solid at-home workout. Crawford, 58, shared a picture of herself looking typically fabulous in black leggings and a crop tank top, posing in her gym while surrounded by weights and equipment. “Warming up for the long weekend 💪🏼,” she captioned the post. “Crawford, in all her realness. For those who say she doesn’t post her authentic self. She still fine. Take notes and how many of you work out like that everyday. Let’s go!!!” a fan commented. Here’s how the supermodel and entrepreneur stays iconic in her 50s.

1. She’s a Girl’s Girl

Crawford cherishes her female friendships. “We build each other up,” she told Vanity Fair. “I think that is so important. So much of my career—especially my own projects, like Meaningful Beauty, but before that my workout videos—has been about sharing with women. Like, ‘Hey, this works for me! Maybe you don’t live in New York or a private trainer is too expensive, but I’m going to share Radu with you. I’m going to share Dr. Sebagh with you.’ That’s important to me, but I also think people know that it’s authentic.”

2. Protecting the Blowout

Crawford has a haircare hack for workouts. "I've realized if I want to preserve my blow-dry during spinning, I have to pin my hair up in a bun on the top of my head,” she told Allure. “Then the sweat only gets in the roots—I've convinced myself that sweat is an excellent root volumizer! Otherwise, if you leave your hair down, your blow-dry gets trashed. I also sleep with my hair up like this. It's all about preserving that blow-dry!"

3. I Didn’t Wake Up Like This

Crawford is honest about the effort it takes to look like herself. “I think more than once I said something like, ‘Even I don't wake up looking like Cindy Crawford.’ Cindy Crawford is a creation,” she told Vanity Fair. “It’s essentially me, but there’s definitely help. I’m so lucky, I get to sit in a makeup chair—and that’s why I never did a makeup line, per se, because most of the time in my professional life, someone else was doing it. Skin care was my job, though. Taking care of my skin so that I had a great palette or a clean slate for the makeup artist, I did feel like that was part of my job.”

4. Hair Parting Rules

Crawford isn’t interested in TikTok beauty restrictions, such as the middle part for hair. “Obviously I didn’t get the memo!” she told Vanity Fair. “I don’t think there are any rules to anything. Like gray hair, or having long hair at a certain age. As long as you feel comfortable, it’s not really anyone else’s business, is it?”

5. SoulCycle and Hiking

Crawford keeps her workouts interesting. "I work out three to four times a week,” she told Allure. “My core exercise is still like what I did in my exercise videos with Radu. I'd say that's 70 percent of what I do. I have a trainer out here in L.A., and we do free weights and cardio at my home gym. Then I like to mix it up—bike riding with my family, hiking with a girlfriend, or taking a SoulCycle class with friends."

Cindy Crawford is such an ageless queen that when she posts a throwback photo you have to double check to make sure it’s not a recent snap. Crawford, 58, shared a picture of herself wearing orange workout pants and a white tank top, holding dumbbells in each hand. “@olympics training szn inspo 🏋️‍♀️ @teamusa @gilles_bensimon,” she captioned the post. “You look more team 🇨🇦♥️,” commented Linda Evangelista. Crawford is not training for the Olympics but she still looks incredible—here’s how she does it.

1. Infrared Sauna Sessions

Crawford uses an infrared sauna for health, beauty, and good sleep. “I try to go into an infrared sauna for 20 minutes at least once a week,” she told Into the Gloss. “Before I invested in my own, I just went to a local tanning salon that also had an infrared sauna—my homeopathic doctor suggested I get one because it’s good for detoxing. It’s not like a normal sauna, which can be harsh. Instead, infrared is a super gentle, soothing, and therapeutic heat that helps me relax and improves my sleep (and we all know how much I value sleep).”

2. Dry Brushing

Crawford swears by dry brushing for health and beauty. “I love using a dry brush before I bathe or shower,” she told Into the Gloss. “On dry skin, I use the brush all over my body, always brushing toward my heart. Not only do you brush off dead skin, you invigorate your body, stimulate your lymphatic system, reduce cellulite, and decongest your skin (talk about a miracle tool). After I shower but before I dry off, I use Neutrogena Body Oil all over. I let it soak in for a few seconds before drying myself with a towel.”

3. Silk Pillowcase

Silk,Pillow,Cover,,Folded,Silk,Cushion,CaseShutterstock

Crawford is more careful about her hair these days, using a silk pillowcase to protect it. “I definitely try not to wash my hair every day, and I also try to treat it kindly,” she told Violet Grey. “I usually sleep with my hair pinned up in a loose topknot to keep it from getting frizzy. When I take it down in the morning, it usually has good volume. I smooth whatever I need to and then am good to go. If not, I pull it back in a ponytail.”

4. Self-Care Spa Days

Crawford enjoys the occasional spa day. “Beauty, to me, is really about two things: confidence and passion,” she told Into the Gloss. “It's the way you carry yourself, trusting that what you have to say is interesting, being engaged, and having that spark of excitement in your eye. That’s beautiful. But, with that said, I love a good spa day and a hair mask as much as the next person.”

5. Early Morning Workouts

Crawford gets her workout out of the way first thing in the morning. “My favorite time to work out is right when I wake up,” she told Violet Grey. “In fact, I haven’t been working out with a trainer for the past few months because I prefer to just roll out of bed and go straight into the gym. I’m usually done before anyone else in my family is even up.”

Camila Cabello, who’s first name is actually Karla, was born in Cuba and originally part of the group Fifth Harmony before breaking off and becoming a solo artist. She has worked hard to reach near-icon status, and she plays hard, too. "Ready pa el veranooo," she captioned a new swimsuit photo. (Rough translation: "Ready for the summer.") How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Camila Cabello stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Camila Knows The Importance of Warming Up

camila-cabello-veranoCamila Cabello/Instagram

Whether she’s weightlifting or doing cardio, she always takes the time to warm up before intense workouts to avoid injury. Proper warm-ups can not only help loosen stiff muscles, but it can help with performance, increased blood flow, and more. And: "Cooling down after your workout allows for a gradual recovery of preexercise heart rate and blood pressure. Cooling down may be most important for competitive endurance athletes, such as marathoners, because it helps regulate blood flow. Cooling down doesn't appear to help reduce muscle stiffness and soreness after exercise, but more research is needed," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Tailors Her Diet To Her Workout

Camila knows the importance of nutrition to accompany working out. You can feel sluggish and foggy if you’re not getting enough nutrients to replenish your body after an intense cardio sweat sesh. "If you are in good shape and want to fuel a daily, light-intensity workout, eat about 3 to 5 grams of carbohydrates for every kilogram of body weight. For someone who weighs 150 pounds (68 kilograms) that's between 200 and 340 grams a day," says the Mayo Clinic.

3. Body Positivity Is Big With Her

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - April 07, 2022Gotham/GC Images via Getty Images

She’s really into body positivity and feeling good about herself. “I was just running in the park minding my own business trying to be fit, trying to keep it healthy. And I am wearing a top that shows my belly,” she said. “And I wasn’t tucking it in, because I was running and existing like a normal person that doesn’t tuck it in all the time. And I was like," Darn. "But then I reminded myself being at war with your body is so last season,” Camila continued. “I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat. And we gotta own that, baby.”

4. She Puts Emphasis On Form

Paying attention to good form when doing strength training or cardio can make workouts more effective and help to avoid injury. Camila is an active performer, getting plenty of exercise on stage, so it’s important to pay attention to doing the workouts correctly.

5. She Does Weight Training

Camila does full body strength training workouts where she tones her muscles to stay in shape. She does bench pressing, dumbbell curves, cable exercises, and more to keep her body lean and fit. “If you’re going to venture into something and you want to see good outcomes, an investment in any type of coach to get you started with the fundamentals is well worth your time. Work with someone who has a strong level of expertise and the ability to evaluate your needs as an individual. That’s a tremendous recommendation for getting started,” says personal training coordinator Scott Crabiel to the Cleveland Clinic.

Cindy Crawford hasn’t aged in almost 30 years! On Tuesday the 55-year-old supermodel recreated her iconic 1992 Pepsi ad, slipping into an identical pair of denim Daisy Duke style shorts and a tight white tank. “It’s always a pleasure and a thrill to work with my friend @davidyarrow... and even more so when it's for a good cause. We returned back to the original Halfway House from the famous @pepsi commercial I did in 1992 to recreate the moment (with a David Yarrow twist) in hopes of raising funds for the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison Wisconsin where my brother was treated for leukemia,” she captioned an Instagram shot. “So far, with the help of David's gallery network across the globe supporting the art and its sales -- we've already raised 1 million dollars for the cause. I also have to thank my dear friend, hairstylist @peter.savic who did the iconic hair for the original commercial... so i was thrilled he was able to be here for this version as well! Thanks also to @samvissermakeup for makeup and @allowitzstyles for styling. I think we nailed it! Such a fun day –– I can't wait to show you more. 1. She Only Works Out a Few Times Per Week

Cindy doesn’t need a daily workout. “I work out with my trainer, Sarah Hagaman, three mornings a week. We do circuit training for the whole body using weights, some machines, and my own body weight with lunges and squats. We usually do about 10 minutes of weights and then a five-minute cardio segment. Right now we are into running stairs, but we switch it up. We repeat the 10-minute weight and five-minute cardio at least three times and then we finish up with abs and stretching,” she told Shape. “If I can squeeze in a hike or bike ride with my husband or a girlfriend during the week, that's just a bonus!”

2. She Keeps Herself Entertained While Doing Cardio

Tops On Tops Campaign Celebration With Cindy CrawfordBob Levey/Getty Images

What is Cindy’s key to passing cardio time? Entertainment. “I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes. I just finished the Amy Schumer one, which was fantastic,” she told The Cut.

3. She Takes Exercise Classes

cindy-crawford-2Cindy Crawford/Instagram

Cindy enjoys working out with others. One of her favorite classes is at the S Factor pole dancing studio in LA. "[It's] so much fun to do with a group of friends," she explained to InStyle. "They keep it really dark, so it's almost impossible to feel embarrassed." She also enjoys hiking with friends. "Once a week, I try to go on a hike with a friend so I combine exercise and girlfriend time—it's the best multitasking," she added to The Cut.

4. She Pencils in Exercise

Scheduling her workouts keeps Cindy accountable. "I think having a scheduled appointment works for me. That way, I don't really have to think about it," she told Shape.

5. She Eats Clean

Cindy tries to eat a diet of whole foods with nothing processed. "Diet-wise, I don't eat crap, and I don't eat a lot of packaged foods," she told Into The Gloss. "On a typical weekday I usually have a protein shake for breakfast because it's fast—I need to get the kids out the door… For lunch I'll have salad, sometimes with chicken, sometimes without. For dinner we'll go for sushi, or if we eat at home I'll try to make a meal like turkey meatballs with pasta, a salad, and a vegetable."

6. She Hydrates

Cindy makes sure to get enough H20. “I also drink three bottles of water during the day, except for when I’m on location, as the bathroom could be 10 minutes away,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. You will also find her sipping on green tea, green tea lattes, and a shake she conducts herself with cup of almond milk, a cup of spinach, a handful of fresh mint, two scoops of Billy Merritt’s Infinity Greens, and protein powder.

7. She Does a Lot of Ab Work

Calling Cindy Crawford iconic would be an understatement. She’s a pop culture juggernaut, who’s appeared in several well-known commercials and music videos. She’s one of the most successful models of all time. She’s also considered one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. Crawford has seemingly not aged since she started modeling, and a recent Instagram photo proves it. Crawford posted two photos on Instagram of herself in a pool. One of herself as a child, and one of herself now. In the current photo, Crawford is seen floating on her back in a white one-piece. She captioned the post, “Water baby - nothing’s changed!” Read on to see 5 ways Cindy Crawford stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works Out In The Morning

cindy-crawford-weekendCindy Crawford / Instagram

Crawford broke down her daily routine to Harper’s Bazaar. She’s a very busy woman, so she works out first thing in the morning. “I wake up around 6:30, check my emails to make sure there are no fires, then head down to our home gym with a green tea. I don’t want to miss having breakfast with my family, so I get my workout checked off the to-do list.”

2. She Does Cardio Each Day

Crawford loves to do cardio workouts in the morning. She tells Harper’s Bazaar what her favorites are. “I do 20 minutes of cardio,” she says. “10 on the Bellicon trampoline, and 10 running stairs.”

3. She Makes A Shake For Breakfast

Crawford makes sure to eat a healthy breakfast each day. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to make a shake each day, and revealed her recipe. “For breakfast, I’ll make a shake and take it with me if I’m on the run. I put in a cup of almond milk, a cup of spinach, a handful of fresh mint, two scoops of Billy Merritt’s Infinity Greens, and protein powder."

4. She Still Indulges

Crawford isn’t afraid to indulge. She tells Allure that she likes to have a piece of chocolate each day, and this helps her consistently eat healthy. "At the end of lunch, I always have a small piece of dark chocolate — it tells my body that I'm done with my meal. In my experience, if you're craving something and deny yourself, you wind up eating five other things, and then you eat the thing you're craving anyway.”

5. She Carries Healthy Snacks

Crawford tells Allure that she always has healthy snacks on hand with her. "I'm obsessed with having food in my bag. I hate the idea that I'll get hungry and there will only be bad options around. I usually have almonds, San-J Tamari crackers, maybe Urban Remedy [gluten-free] brownies."

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. “I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
