Cindy Crawford is preparing for the weekend with a solid at-home workout. Crawford, 58, shared a picture of herself looking typically fabulous in black leggings and a crop tank top, posing in her gym while surrounded by weights and equipment. “Warming up for the long weekend 💪🏼,” she captioned the post. “Crawford, in all her realness. For those who say she doesn’t post her authentic self. She still fine. Take notes and how many of you work out like that everyday. Let’s go!!!” a fan commented. Here’s how the supermodel and entrepreneur stays iconic in her 50s.

1. She’s a Girl’s Girl

Crawford cherishes her female friendships. “We build each other up,” she told Vanity Fair. “I think that is so important. So much of my career—especially my own projects, like Meaningful Beauty, but before that my workout videos—has been about sharing with women. Like, ‘Hey, this works for me! Maybe you don’t live in New York or a private trainer is too expensive, but I’m going to share Radu with you. I’m going to share Dr. Sebagh with you.’ That’s important to me, but I also think people know that it’s authentic.”

2. Protecting the Blowout

Crawford has a haircare hack for workouts. "I've realized if I want to preserve my blow-dry during spinning, I have to pin my hair up in a bun on the top of my head,” she told Allure. “Then the sweat only gets in the roots—I've convinced myself that sweat is an excellent root volumizer! Otherwise, if you leave your hair down, your blow-dry gets trashed. I also sleep with my hair up like this. It's all about preserving that blow-dry!"

3. I Didn’t Wake Up Like This

Crawford is honest about the effort it takes to look like herself. “I think more than once I said something like, ‘Even I don't wake up looking like Cindy Crawford.’ Cindy Crawford is a creation,” she told Vanity Fair. “It’s essentially me, but there’s definitely help. I’m so lucky, I get to sit in a makeup chair—and that’s why I never did a makeup line, per se, because most of the time in my professional life, someone else was doing it. Skin care was my job, though. Taking care of my skin so that I had a great palette or a clean slate for the makeup artist, I did feel like that was part of my job.”

4. Hair Parting Rules

Crawford isn’t interested in TikTok beauty restrictions, such as the middle part for hair. “Obviously I didn’t get the memo!” she told Vanity Fair. “I don’t think there are any rules to anything. Like gray hair, or having long hair at a certain age. As long as you feel comfortable, it’s not really anyone else’s business, is it?”

5. SoulCycle and Hiking

Crawford keeps her workouts interesting. "I work out three to four times a week,” she told Allure. “My core exercise is still like what I did in my exercise videos with Radu. I'd say that's 70 percent of what I do. I have a trainer out here in L.A., and we do free weights and cardio at my home gym. Then I like to mix it up—bike riding with my family, hiking with a girlfriend, or taking a SoulCycle class with friends."

Cindy Crawford is such an ageless queen that when she posts a throwback photo you have to double check to make sure it’s not a recent snap. Crawford, 58, shared a picture of herself wearing orange workout pants and a white tank top, holding dumbbells in each hand. “@olympics training szn inspo 🏋️‍♀️ @teamusa @gilles_bensimon,” she captioned the post. “You look more team 🇨🇦♥️,” commented Linda Evangelista. Crawford is not training for the Olympics but she still looks incredible—here’s how she does it.

1. Infrared Sauna Sessions

Crawford uses an infrared sauna for health, beauty, and good sleep. “I try to go into an infrared sauna for 20 minutes at least once a week,” she told Into the Gloss. “Before I invested in my own, I just went to a local tanning salon that also had an infrared sauna—my homeopathic doctor suggested I get one because it’s good for detoxing. It’s not like a normal sauna, which can be harsh. Instead, infrared is a super gentle, soothing, and therapeutic heat that helps me relax and improves my sleep (and we all know how much I value sleep).”

2. Dry Brushing

Crawford swears by dry brushing for health and beauty. “I love using a dry brush before I bathe or shower,” she told Into the Gloss. “On dry skin, I use the brush all over my body, always brushing toward my heart. Not only do you brush off dead skin, you invigorate your body, stimulate your lymphatic system, reduce cellulite, and decongest your skin (talk about a miracle tool). After I shower but before I dry off, I use Neutrogena Body Oil all over. I let it soak in for a few seconds before drying myself with a towel.”

3. Silk Pillowcase

Silk,Pillow,Cover,,Folded,Silk,Cushion,CaseShutterstock

Crawford is more careful about her hair these days, using a silk pillowcase to protect it. “I definitely try not to wash my hair every day, and I also try to treat it kindly,” she told Violet Grey. “I usually sleep with my hair pinned up in a loose topknot to keep it from getting frizzy. When I take it down in the morning, it usually has good volume. I smooth whatever I need to and then am good to go. If not, I pull it back in a ponytail.”

4. Self-Care Spa Days

Crawford enjoys the occasional spa day. “Beauty, to me, is really about two things: confidence and passion,” she told Into the Gloss. “It's the way you carry yourself, trusting that what you have to say is interesting, being engaged, and having that spark of excitement in your eye. That’s beautiful. But, with that said, I love a good spa day and a hair mask as much as the next person.”

5. Early Morning Workouts

Crawford gets her workout out of the way first thing in the morning. “My favorite time to work out is right when I wake up,” she told Violet Grey. “In fact, I haven’t been working out with a trainer for the past few months because I prefer to just roll out of bed and go straight into the gym. I’m usually done before anyone else in my family is even up.”

Cindy Crawford hasn’t aged in almost 30 years! On Tuesday the 55-year-old supermodel recreated her iconic 1992 Pepsi ad, slipping into an identical pair of denim Daisy Duke style shorts and a tight white tank. “It’s always a pleasure and a thrill to work with my friend @davidyarrow... and even more so when it's for a good cause. We returned back to the original Halfway House from the famous @pepsi commercial I did in 1992 to recreate the moment (with a David Yarrow twist) in hopes of raising funds for the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison Wisconsin where my brother was treated for leukemia,” she captioned an Instagram shot. “So far, with the help of David's gallery network across the globe supporting the art and its sales -- we've already raised 1 million dollars for the cause. I also have to thank my dear friend, hairstylist @peter.savic who did the iconic hair for the original commercial... so i was thrilled he was able to be here for this version as well! Thanks also to @samvissermakeup for makeup and @allowitzstyles for styling. I think we nailed it! Such a fun day –– I can't wait to show you more. More on stories xo.” How does the 55-year-old manage to still look 25? 1. She Only Works Out a Few Times Per Week

Cindy doesn’t need a daily workout. “I work out with my trainer, Sarah Hagaman, three mornings a week. We do circuit training for the whole body using weights, some machines, and my own body weight with lunges and squats. We usually do about 10 minutes of weights and then a five-minute cardio segment. Right now we are into running stairs, but we switch it up. We repeat the 10-minute weight and five-minute cardio at least three times and then we finish up with abs and stretching,” she told Shape. “If I can squeeze in a hike or bike ride with my husband or a girlfriend during the week, that's just a bonus!”

2. She Keeps Herself Entertained While Doing Cardio

What is Cindy’s key to passing cardio time? Entertainment. “I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes. I just finished the Amy Schumer one, which was fantastic,” she told The Cut.

3. She Takes Exercise Classes

cindy-crawford-2Cindy Crawford/Instagram

Cindy enjoys working out with others. One of her favorite classes is at the S Factor pole dancing studio in LA. "[It's] so much fun to do with a group of friends," she explained to InStyle. "They keep it really dark, so it's almost impossible to feel embarrassed." She also enjoys hiking with friends. "Once a week, I try to go on a hike with a friend so I combine exercise and girlfriend time—it's the best multitasking," she added to The Cut.

4. She Pencils in Exercise

Scheduling her workouts keeps Cindy accountable. "I think having a scheduled appointment works for me. That way, I don't really have to think about it," she told Shape.

5. She Eats Clean

Cindy tries to eat a diet of whole foods with nothing processed. "Diet-wise, I don't eat crap, and I don't eat a lot of packaged foods," she told Into The Gloss. "On a typical weekday I usually have a protein shake for breakfast because it's fast—I need to get the kids out the door… For lunch I'll have salad, sometimes with chicken, sometimes without. For dinner we'll go for sushi, or if we eat at home I'll try to make a meal like turkey meatballs with pasta, a salad, and a vegetable."

6. She Hydrates

Cindy makes sure to get enough H20. “I also drink three bottles of water during the day, except for when I’m on location, as the bathroom could be 10 minutes away,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. You will also find her sipping on green tea, green tea lattes, and a shake she conducts herself with cup of almond milk, a cup of spinach, a handful of fresh mint, two scoops of Billy Merritt’s Infinity Greens, and protein powder.

7. She Does a Lot of Ab Work

Cindy keeps her abs strong with the help of an intense workout routine, which she recently shared on Instagram. It includes standing bicycle crunches, sumo squats, and planks.

Crawford broke down her daily routine to Harper’s Bazaar. She’s a very busy woman, so she works out first thing in the morning. “I wake up around 6:30, check my emails to make sure there are no fires, then head down to our home gym with a green tea. I don’t want to miss having breakfast with my family, so I get my workout checked off the to-do list.”

2. She Does Cardio Each Day

She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to make a shake each day, and revealed her recipe. “For breakfast, I’ll make a shake and take it with me if I’m on the run. Crawford isn’t afraid to indulge. She tells Allure that she likes to have a piece of chocolate each day, and this helps her consistently eat healthy. "At the end of lunch, I always have a small piece of dark chocolate — it tells my body that I'm done with my meal. In my experience, if you're craving something and deny yourself, you wind up eating five other things, and then you eat the thing you're craving anyway.”

5. She Carries Healthy Snacks

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Allina Health reports that squats are very beneficial to do. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move.”

Viciconte is also seen doing hip thrusts in her Instagram video. Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
