Italian-American model Claudia Romani is requesting fan input about her choice of swimwear—and welcoming Lionel Messi to Miami! Romani, 41, shared pictures of herself wearing a tiny black bikini, posing on a Inter Miami CF beach towel (Messi’s team) in the blazing heat. “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7? 🖤 💖 So happy for great soccer heading this way!” she captioned the post. “Bellissima 💋 stupenda,” a fan commented. 1. Lots of Walking

Romani has a strong work ethic, and uses it in every aspect of her life. “[My body is] a work in progress,” she says. “I’m very curvy by nature so I workout daily to keep it fit. I live in South Beach and walk miles every day. When I can I swim. I go to the home gym or out to an actual gym on a daily basis and prefer weight training cause I want to keep everything pert. 😊 I eat healthy too, I have been a vegetarian for 33 years. I try not to obsess and let the routine take over my life, though.. I enjoy occasional treats and respect my body type.”

2. Curvy Fit

Romani works out for the health benefits, not to fit a cookie-cutter image of being skinny. “I walk a lot and workout daily. I like being curvy fit. A person that smokes or drinks isn’t for me,” she says. “I am curvy, so not everything fits like on a hanger :) But that’s a plus I believe. Women need curves!” she said in another interview.

3. Gym Sessions and Swimming

Romani credits healthy habits with her health and appearance. "Once a day [I go to the gym] or workout DVDs,” she says. “I live in Miami so I love to spend some time poolside or swimming, I also love traveling. There's no easy way, there is discipline. [I avoid] Any type of meat and fish and most white, refined foods. I love fruits and I swear by the bars, British brand, a raw mix of fruits and nuts.”

4. She a Vegetarian

Romani follows a vegetarian diet. “Being a vegetarian means number one to be cruelty free and number two to be healthy!” she says. “I love lean vegan cereal with non dairy milk, protein oatmeal, homemade açaí bowls with nuts and seeds, avocado on wheat bread and vegan slices or a British-style breakfast with baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.”

5. Scrubs Made of Coffee

Romani uses scrubs made of coffee or salt for lymphatic drainage, and takes good care of her skin. “I can’t recall one single time I went to bed with make up on,” she says. “My skin tends to be very dry so I use moisturizer and try to pick products containing hyaluronic acid and vegan collagen.. I love coconut oil and vitamin E supplements to stay hydrated inside out!”
