I'm very curvy by nature so I workout daily to keep it fit. I live in South Beach and walk miles every day. When I can, I swim.. I go to the home gym or out to an actual gym on a daily basis and prefer weight training cause I want to keep everything pert.”

She says that she aims to eat healthy, but she also believes in balance. “I eat healthy too,” Romani says. “I have been a vegetarian for 33 years. According to Romina’s trainer, Aldo Giménez , physical trainer of the Ocampo Club, the actress works out three to four times a week and does circuit training. “This is a circuit that is different every week. Every seven days we change machines for anklets, elastic bands or for work with other elements, ” he told La Nacion about their hour-long sessions.

Romina loves to surf. Here she is riding a wave in the ocean. Surfing is a great workout for the abs, as standing on a board forces you to stabilize your core. "Getting your heart rate up is widely known to be a huge factor in long term health. I don’t need to convince any surfer that a long paddle, a big set wave, or a huge closeout can really get your heart racing. Pitt shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I have super sensitive skin that is greatly impacted by environmental changes such as the weather,” she says. “Going into the summer months I think it is still so important to put a focus on hydration even though it’s not cold anymore The biggest change I make is to be more diligent about cleaning my skin thoroughly as the combination of sweat and makeup is not a cute one and using products such as lactic acid that will exfoliate my skin, removing dirt and dead skin cells. I use sunscreen every day all year round but I definitely reapply in the summer if I’m going to be outside a lot that day to protect my skin and help with antiaging!”

She Builds Self-Confidence

Pitt tells Health Insight that she has built a lot of confidence in herself. “There is nothing more beautiful than confidence! No matter what you look like, the most important part about beauty is what shines through! Taking care of yourself from the inside out to make yourself feel the most beautiful goes past putting on mascara and I think for women, feeling beautiful and loving the skin you’re in is so important!”

She Hikes

Pitt likes to go on hikes to keep herself in shape. She included a photo of herself and her husband on a hike in Victoria, British Columbia in this Instagram post. Pitt also shared this reel of herself hiking. Piedmont reports that hiking is very beneficial. “Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout.”

She Cooks

Pitt likes to cook healthy foods for herself. She shared this video on Instagram of herself making muffins with protein powder. Pitt captioned it, “Cold weather has me craving Apple Cinnamon Muffins! I’ve always loved baking sweets, so I do my best to keep my recipes nutritious!
