Here are 5 of her secrets, and the photos that prove they work.
She Keeps Her Skincare Simple
Claudia has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Net-A-Porter that she keeps her skincare routine pretty simple. “I start with Bamford Cleansing Balm, followed by the Refining Exfoliator. Depending on how dry my skin is, I mix my moisturizing cream with different oils and massage it into my skin. I use a little of the Triple Action Eye Cream and, if I need extra hydration, I use a serum.”
She Avoids Breakouts
Claudia shares what she does to avoid breakouts and bad skin with Net-A-Porter. “On a bad-face day, I drink more water and stop eating anything with milk or wheat,” Claudia revealed. “And chocolate, which usually makes me break out. Going for a brisk 30-minute walk outside always helps – plus a good concealer.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Claudia does a lot of different exercises to keep herself in shape. She shared her favorites with Net-A-Porter. “I love going for long walks in the countryside with my dogs. But, recently, I’ve started working out with my girlfriends, doing everything from cardio to yoga or tennis. Every day, we do something new, which makes it fun. I’ve also started doing online workouts and going on the treadmill while watching Gilmore Girls.”
She Eats Natural Food
Claudia makes sure she eats a healthy diet. She tells Vogue that she mostly eats natural food. “In terms of diet, I make an effort to eat seasonal, locally organic grown fruit and vegetables, which are free from pesticides, and meat and dairy from organic farms like Daylesford. My treats are chocolates and every once in a while, a great red wine or my favourite Léoube Rosé.”
She Prioritizes Happiness
Claudia is a big believer in happiness, and thinks that this is the key to being healthy. She talked about this in an interview on Maria Bamford’s website. “If you wake up feeling happy, calm, no aches or bad thoughts, and you feel the same when you go to sleep, then you are healthy!”
