Hannah tries to remain self-confident "It's so easy to lose confidence in yourself in this industry, and at the end of the day, I just remind myself that I'm pursuing what makes me the happiest. I'm so lucky to have the support system I do," she told Glamoholic.com.
Reading

Hannah loves to read. In one of the images from her recent post, she reads a book. Reading:One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Cooking
Hannah maintains a healthy diet. One way she does this? She cooks her own food – a great way to ensure healthy eating because she knows all the ingredients she is consuming. “I’ll cook if u help with the dishes :)” she captioned this image of herself in front of a huge meals she made.
Hiking
Hannah enjoys hiking. In this photo she takes a moment to smell the flowers. "The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits,” says the Mayo Clinic about hiking. “For example, you may start out as an average walker, and then work your way up to walking faster and walking a mile in a shorter amount of time than an average walker, similar to power walkers. This can be a great way to get aerobic activity, improve your heart health and increase your endurance while burning calories.”
Coffee
ShutterstockHannah enjoys the perk of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Red Wine
She is also a red wine drinker. Here she is holding a glass. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.”
