Coco Austin In Bikini Looks Patriotic For The 4th Of July On Instagram

In a recent Instagram post, Coco posed poolside in a blue bikini with white stars and red straps. She captioned the post, “By popular requests,my traditional 4th of July bikini pics 🇺🇸 #happy4th” How does Coco Austin keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.

She Loves Pilates

One of Coco’s go-to workouts is Pilates. She turned to this to keep herself in shape while she was pregnant with her daughter. Coco talked about her love of Pilates to FitBump. “Pilates is a really great thing to do because, to me, it is like yoga using dance moves. I love it. It’s not like you’re running, but you’re still using moves that stretch you out. And stretching is really big when you’re pregnant. I still stretch on a daily basis.”

She Does Leg Lifts

As you can see from her Instagram post, Coco has an amazing lower body. Naturally, she does a lot of lower body exercises. In this video she posted on Instagram, Coco is seen doing side leg lifts with a cable weight machine. She captioned the post, “Fitness #98 – My secret workout for the TOP of the booty! She Lifts Weights

Coco shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Muscle & Fitness. She says that she’s a big fan of weight training, especially when doing lower body workouts. “I generally work out my lower body every time I go to the gym. I concentrate on doing squats and lunges with weights. I work on the top of my booty muscles. If I work hard enough I can get my butt pretty big, but it takes a lot of dedication and heavy weights.”

She Loves Yoga

Yoga is one of Coco’s go-to workouts, but she wasn’t always a fan. She talked about finding love for yoga in her interview with FitBump. “I didn’t really like it at first because it was too slow. And I’m more into cardio, running, just doing something physical. But when you actually get in certain poses and hold it, you’re burning calories like no other.”

She Does Pole Exercises

Coco loves to do pole exercises to keep herself in shape. “I love pole fitness,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “The way I do it, it’s extreme acrobatics—it’s on a whole different level. You go up 12 feet in the air, hit a split or a pose, and hold it. That is some serious business. It’s intense!”
