Cristina Pedroche In Workout Gear Posts Throwback Video Of Headstand
Cristina Pedroche is posting some throwback videos of the last days of her pregnancy, showing off some impressive skills for a woman about to give birth. Pedroche, 35, shared a video of herself wearing bright shorts and a white tank top, doing a headstand on a yoga mat. "I try not to watch videos or pictures so I don't emotionally overflow more than I already am but truth is I can't stop 😂. I watch this video and I'm just dying thinking about my baby inside me, two days left for him to be born.. I still remember her moves inside and how it made me feel knowing I was protecting her the whole time," she captioned the post. Here's how Pedroche stays fit and happy.
Yoga and Weights
Pedroche loves yoga and weight training. "I like taking care of myself both inside and out," she told PUMA CATch up. "I do strength workouts with weights, I run, and I do a lot of yoga. Yoga really has changed my life. It makes me feel more relaxed with myself. I highly recommend the yoga philosophy to everyone."
Beauty Regimen
Pedroche's beauty routine is all about hydration and sleep. "I sleep 8 hours and drink 2 liters of water a day," she told Cosmopolitan. "I try to sleep as much as possible, and I do drink a lot of water but I also take great care of my food and do a lot of sport, practically every day. I also go to Carmen Navarro often to take care of my skin, both facial and body. Of course, that will be added to my daily routines. The best beauty advice I've ever been given is to wash my face always before I go to sleep, always, wear or don't wear makeup. Clean sleeping skin is your best ally to look beautiful."
Sunny Climates
Pedroche loves the warm weather. "I love London and I admit I've gotten used to it being cold almost always or cloudy," she told Cosmopolitan. "But I'm from Madrid and I love my city. In fact I don't think there's any country like Spain in every way, it eats great, we have a wonderful time, we're kind and fun, the best beaches…"
Philosophical About Fame
Pedroche has deep confidence in herself and is philosophical about fame. "I understand that I can't be liked by everyone, and I relativize criticism a lot, both the good and the bad," she told PUMA CATch up. "I'm always surrounded by my family and my closest friend. They are the ones I listen to the most. I always try to get the positive side of things. Life is a long road in which there are many obstacles. We can't change those obstacles but we can change our attitude. With a positive attitude, everything looks easier and more bearable."
Empowerment and Freedom
Pedroche is all about strength and equality. "For me, empowerment means being myself, fight for what I believe in, feeling free," she told PUMA CATch up. "Free to make decisions and be whatever I want to be. Everyone should be able to be whatever they want, regardless of their race, sexual identity, social position, religion. I like thinking that we all fight for a freer society, where we don't harm each other."
